Experiencia positiva: I loved everything about this 4 week program! I got totally toned and am loving my new body. Even though it was only 4 weeks it feels like I made so much progress. I am going to keep up with this program!! The in home and the gym work outs are so convent, especially if I can’t get to the gym or if I’m already out and can just head to the gym real quick! Thank you @bodybybree2 !! Your program is amazing!
