Experiencia fantástica: I really like this place. We are new members and love that there is a sauna and it is on my way to work (I'm a Chiropractor in St. Paul Park.) I had been going to another gym and honestly this is much better. Everyone is so friendly and personable that I meet. The facilities are well maintained and clean. I really can't ask for more... well maybe racquetball haha!

Experiencia fantástica: I just became a member and my first experience working out here was lovely. The staff helped get my cards set up, showed me how to scan it when I come, and gave me a tour. There’s even a free little library book exchange in front of the building

Experiencia fantástica: It was a cardio day for me so i don't remember the rest of the equipment. But i did enjoy the well placed bathrooms, clean facilities, and friendly staff. The pool looked like fun! Didn't have time to enjoy it sadly. Nice showers and locker rooms.

Experiencia fantástica: For me to go to the gym 3-4 times a week, I need these fitness classes in order to stay active the whole hour. The sauna is nice and locker rooms are clean. I love that when I travel, the Y membership goes with me!

Experiencia fantástica: Nice workout room. Pool is accessible by reservation. Make sure to reserve a swimming lane if you want to swim. Many classes offered: aerobics, yoga, water aerobics, pickle ball...Check online or at the building entrance! Part of the Twin Cities YMCA network which offers camps.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined the Y on the senior wellness program paid for by Medicare. The Y has many services available for all ages. I use the gym which is not too big and not usually very crowded. No reservation required. There are courts for basketball, racket ball, etc. I think these do require reservation. The pool requires reservation and is open to all ages. There's a jacuzzi in the pool area. Swimming lessons are available for a fee. Always a lifeguard on duty. There is a child care center. Many other programs and services available. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I recommend the Hastings Y to anyone of any age. Face masks are recommended but not required. There is handicapped parking which I use and a wheelchair friendly entrance and interior. The Sister Kenny physical therapy center is housed in the same building.

Experiencia fantástica: I always feel very welcome and when I go to the Hastings YMCA. The YMCA in general has been like a family to me from the camps that they help my daughter go through many years ago with scholarships and selling lots of chocolate candy bars to the women's canoe trip that I went on for 5 days many years ago. They always make it possible for anyone to go through their programs whether they have the means to or not they give you opportunities for volunteerism selling candy Etc. I love the YMCA it's been there for me throughout the years.

Experiencia fantástica: It's kind of small but Hastings is a small town. Free weights, machines, cardio equipment, basketball courts, and a pool can help you achieve your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I love all of the positive programming the Hastings YMCA offers the Hastings community- from youth to seniors and everyone in-between; there is something for everyone. The staff are welcoming, the locker rooms are lovely. I'm grateful to have the YMCA in Hastings!

Experiencia fantástica: The Hastings YMCA is a very well run establishment with a staff that is friendly and efficient. They know there clientele and make sure that they acknowledge your presence. It is clean and sanitizing stations are appropriately available as are the markings on the floor to designate social distancing. The pool is clean and well kept and the hot tub is a nice benefit. The locker room is big and spacious providing enough room and lockers for a large number of clients. This comment includes the number of bathroom and shower facilities. They offer great classes with talented instructors that take place in spacious studios. They also have a double gymnasium. The workout floor provides plenty of machines and free weights. The personal trainers are always there to lend a helping hand. I am aware of the kids care and know that the parents are thrilled with it. Really, they offer so many things that I can't name them all! I'm proud of my YMCA. I believe anyone would find themselves at home there and feel that they have found a great value for their investment.

Experiencia fantástica: I signed up for a family membership and then a few days later they were forced to close because of the governor's order. They can't control that. They are putting membership dues on hold until February because of the closure. This is greatly appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: 4ft lap pool is my favorite. Enjoy a Sauna. Big hot tub 8-10 person. Kiddie pool section wade in 0ft to 3.5 ft. Handicap locker room available. Pool has a water safe wheelchair

Experiencia fantástica: Clean facility with the following amenities; pool, spacious locker rooms, gymnasium, fitness floor, and exercise studios. Everything is well kept and the staff members are always friendly. The fitness floor offers aerobic and anaerobic equipment with a moderate variety of free weights (although some of the free weights need to be updated). The pool is small and only ~4ft deep- 0ft entry. All around a nice facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Great option for Hastings residents. Clean, great workout facilities, large to suit such variety and good pricing options. Almost as good as Lifetime without the arduous drive to Woodbury! Also, a huge step up from places like Snap Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: Great YMCA! They have amazing programs for kids. Their seniors programs are well presented and organized. The personal trainers are always friendly, and the equipment is generally in good working order. They have a family locker room with individual locking shower and changing stalls, as well as the typical gym lockerrooms. The lifeguards are good about keeping the kids from pestering those swimming laps, though the children's swimming classes are not a good time to be an adult in the pool. They really shine the best in their programs and childcare options! That being said, it's a family gym. If you can't stand kids, you will need to go very early or very late. The equipment is somewhat limited, though most people will find it fits their needs well.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent facilities. The fitness area is spacious with plenty of machines and weights. Never have to wait and everything is kept in clean operating order. Kids love the pool, which has a lot of open swim time. Also, the new basketball courts are awesome and you can usually find open court time to practice between the scheduled games.
