I remember the days of this facility being “Ugly Duckling” car sales. Lol. I come from LA just to have a friendly environment. Great management. Yay!!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. There are alot of people here who take fitness seriously. They go 5 days a week no problem. The trainers are in great shape and run some fun classes if that's what you like. It's the only gyn I can go to late at night and not have many people there. The front desk will always say hi and remember your name. When you go to competitor gyms they are over crowded and people hog equipment. Come on in and enjoy a serious but fun atmosphere to change your physical appearance. 10 stars for ufc costa mesa

Group classes motivate me to get into shape both boxing and boot camp type classes. Friendly staff and new workout machines and equipment throughout the facility. The trainers come and go but there isn't one that I don't like. Highest recommendation!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've worked out at hundreds of gyms in California, Kansas, Nevada, Illinois... etc... This is hands down the best facility (per member) I've been to. The Membership Manager (or seemed like one) Was kind, patient, attentive, and very chill. NOT a sales pitch or a forced to join situation. This place has tons of things for all body types and goal types. Fighting equipment, lifting, cardio, etc... Im on a 7 day pass and i am DEFINITELY going back tonight. If you're thinking about a gym near this area, this is the one. Especially for kids to learn self defense, or to lose baby weight. The coaches seemed locked in and focused. I lifted and practiced ground n pound and i was gassed. Dont be afraid to come here if you're new they'll help you. Very good experience, and NOT packed !! (5pm) !!

From the managers Raffy and Mike who make sure all your needs are met and keep the place on top of it's game . To Jake and Coach Brady who oversee some of the best trainers and martial arts instructors on the planet. As someone who enjoys martial arts, yoga, cardio equipment and some resistance exercise, UFC has it all! In addition the UFC CM stays current with all the latest classes and relevant seminar's. Whether anti bullying self defense for kids or ladies self defense for the street. The UFC can help you no matter what your age or fitness level! Five star folks in a first class training facility. My kinda place!

Unlike the unfamiliarity of a more larger commercial gym, the members here are a very tight knit group of individuals. No matter which class I attend whether it be a DUT, kickboxing cardio or BJJ, every coach treats me like family and thats the aspect that truly motivates me to keep coming back to this gym. No egos or attitudes, friendly and helpful gym staff, UFC GYM Costa Mesa is a fantastic place that I call home.

Experiencia fantástica: The DUT classes with Skyler, Jeff, and Silken are awesome. Great trainers. Tyler's stretching class is very much needed and has helped my mobility. My favorite class is the MATRX with Jonathan. His class is intense, but at the same time enjoyable. Personal training with Kelsey is a blast and the butt kicker I needed. She is very inspiring and motivating. Also if you need nutritional guidance hit her up because she is so knowledgeable it's mind blowing! Cathy the massage guru is freaking AMAZING. She understands every muscle in our body, its ridiculous (in a good way). Shout out to Martha for recommending UFC Costa Mesa for the best fitness with the best trainers! This place is truly a bonding community.

Experiencia fantástica: I just had my first session with Rick and he was more than amazing. He pushed me just beyond the point that I could handle. He is really good at reading people and digging to find out exactly what they need. The location has a great atmosphere and really good equipment. I can't wait until this location has it's grand opening and everyone can experience how great it is!

Experiencia fantástica: I was skeptical about joining a gym affiliated with UFC as I didn't know if it was for me but wow was I ever wrong! The facilities are way beyond what I could have expected, the trainers have been incredible (especially for someone like me who has no idea what he's doing) and the variety of classes available are more than I could possibly ask for with a gym membership. I've been training with DJ Dansereau and he's exactly what I needed. He has set realistic goals with me and been honest about what it takes to get there. I thought I would dread training days but now I'm counting down the minutes to my next session. I highly recommend this gym and its staff.
