Experiencia fantástica: The best word to describe Body by X is FUN!! I never knew staying in shape could be this much fun. I take several classes, including Jungshin Fitness (Sword Class), Pilates and Stretch. The instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and right on top of whatever issues I may be having with my body. Nadia and Xavier are always there, teaching, training and/or lending encouragement to all of us. And the other members are like family. We work out together, laugh together, push each other -- couldn't do it without them! A huge added plus at Body by X is BioDensity. I do it once a week for 20 seconds (a little more with talking and getting in position) and I have erased my osteopenia! Thank you Nadia and Xavier!!
