Experiencia fantástica: Perfect for Silver Sneaker seniors! I regularly attend the daily morning low impact water Zumba class and Saturday morning Zumba. The Y has updated dressing rooms, showers, and access to the pool. Still waiting for grab bars in restroom but told they are coming. Hope so!

Experiencia positiva: I have been a member at this Y since 2005. Although some of the building is quite old, the wing with machines is nice and new. Staff and instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. One nice perk is your membership is good at any Y around the country... great when you are traveling
