Experiencia fantástica: At most gyms I've gone too I always felt lost and intimidated. I was that person who would go on random machines and thought I had a good work out because I felt a burn and broke a sweat. At I.B.Fit they have great fit coaches, and great circuits in the mornings and evenings. I highly recommend I.B. Fit because of the great atmosphere, high energy, awesome fit fam and it's super clean too! I have seen some great results with the circuit classes and plan on seeing more with my one on one's with my fit coach and my meal plan.
