Experiencia fantástica: Contender padre island was my first CrossFit gym. I loved the workout/community experience but wasn’t aware how wonderful it was until I had to move and find a new gym. Coaches are 10/10 at this location. You can definitely feel the effort they put into pushing for improvement to make you stronger and better while also watching form and safety for an injury free workout. Extra thankful for the wonderful coaching who set me up with a great foundation for CrossFit success ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Cassie and the Contender training staff including Terrance & Andrew are amazing. I am so grateful my wife signed me up LOL. I struggled to get back in shape for years. After joining the gym I fell in love with the social aspect of support from members. Everyone really motivates those around them to push a little harder. I really appreciate being a part of such a positive atmosphere. Lord knows I'm dreading having to leave this place when it's time to relocate. Until that sad day, I'm thankful for contender.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been going for 3 months now. We are feeling and seeing the results. The exercises we do now would have been overwhelming just four weeks ago. The workouts are still challenging, but every week we continue to improve. Coach Trever is very patient and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. I haven't met another member or coach I didn't like. Definitely try it out.

Experiencia fantástica: Great box that my wife & I dropped into while on vacation in Port Aransas! This box is just 20-ish min from the island and they program a great variety of workouts that my wife & I absolutely loved.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids go to their Crossfit Kids program and they love it! The coaches take time to really teach and correct the fundamentals in a way that is fun for the kids!
