Experiencia fantástica: This gym is an excellent facility it has a huge assortment of free weights, functional training, isolated machines,and the classes are awesome!!! My trainer , Guy , is the most motivating person I have ever met !! Great results, Great people, Great atmosphere!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice facility, staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. it can get busy during peak times but they have lots of equipment and alternatives if you are looking for a specific piece of equipment.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply become more active, I highly recommend booking with him. He’s incredibly encouraging and pushes you just the right amount to where you’re impressed with what you’re able to do! 10/10 having Gavyn as my trainer is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Quality Greta gym, half the people complaining don’t listen when they sign up. Gym clearly stated about a 30 days notice that’s gotta be given to cancel in person when I signed.

Experiencia fantástica: Came for the variety of clean gym equipment, stayed because of the staff! By far the cleanest, and non judgmental gym I've been to in Corpus. The staff is always there to help explain the equipment. The classes are high energy with fun instructors. The front desk staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. The cleaning staff is always working! The personal training gets you results! I cannot recommend John enough! He is supportive, but pushes you to be your best. I look forward to my workouts with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and can target muscles you didn't even know existed. From beginners to experts, a training session with John would greatly benefit anyone! He tailors workouts to your body, ability and goals! The only negative thing..... their pool is closed....

They wipe down all the equipment and restrooms, I believe twice a day.There are sanitizer machines on the walls all around gym. I highly recommend Gold's Gym!!

Experiencia fantástica: After Flex Fit closed I started coming to Gold’s gym, and since then they added all new treadmills, and barbells. Golds Gym has a lot of space, tons of equipment and great childcare!

Experiencia fantástica: To me this is the happiest place on earth, they helped me rich my goals and now I have to set new ones, I `m here 5-6 times a week and it makes me unload all the stress of the day and turn it into muscle mass, I only wish they change the worn out / broken dumbbells little sooner.

The people there are super nice, very informative when signing up for a membership, they tell you they automatically take out the costs of the membership bi-weekly so you're paying 20 dollars every two weeks, not a big deal at all and it makes it a lot easier! Trainers are great and I highly recommend this gym.
