Experiencia fantástica: Been going to Coronado Fitness Club for about for about 5 months and I can’t say enough about it! Unlike other gyms I’ve been to there’s a great amount of space and equipment so you never have to wait or work in with anyone. The community is welcoming and supportive. The staff are hardworking and personable and it’s altogether a great environment.

Experiencia fantástica: For anyone who likes spin classes, you must try DJ’s class. He pushes you to the limit without pushing you off a cliff! You walk out feeling exhausted but amazing. He will not let you quit no matter how hard it gets and motivates you to do the best YOU can do. I would recommend his class to anyone who likes spin!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Eva! I began seeing her for fascia work (a kind of massage/stretching) to relieve serious back pain. With Eva's expertise, I was able to forgo a scheduled back procedure because I am now pain free. And once that improved, I progressed to a one-hour combo workout/fascia treatment with Eva ~ the best of both worlds. In that I already do a regular weights workout and aerobic activity, Eva customized my time with her to strengthen my core and balance, filling in the missing piece and rounding out my fitness regime.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the best experience at the Coronado Fitness club this summer! The gym is clean, friendly staff and new equipment that I don’t have at my local gym. My favorite was the scale that calculates body fat and tracks your progress over time. Ruben is a fantastic trainer. He worked with me all month, pushed me and helped me reach my fitness goals. I highly recommend Ruben as a trainer and the Coronado Fitness Club

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting Coronado Island from LA and needed a gym to go to. My hotel recommended this gym. So, I eagerly tried it out. The CFC is a terrific little gym. It has really good new equipment for the serious bodybuilder who wants to put on size, a great area for crossfitters and TRX-ers and for those wanting to do HIIT workouts or aerobics or even yoga with a huge wall full of weights and equipment for the workout, including yoga blocks!! It also has great machines for cardio and for lighter workouts. They have all the important stuff in a small, but still spacious, clean, well organized space. The staff is the best part of this gym! Very friendly, helpful, willing to go out of their way. And the trainers are knowledgeable and charismatic and fun to work with. I had a hard, good training session with Ruben, a trainer there. He really kicked my asteroids with an amazing bodybuilding program!! He's encouraging and super motivating and good with his craft. He put together a perfect program of exercises catered just for me, asking ahead of time about my injuries and limitations and what I wanted to focus on. I'm telling you all, if you want the best trainer on the West Coast, make your sessions with him, especially if your goal is to put on serious muscle. And also if you want an inspiring guy who lives and looks the part himself, and is just fun to train with!!

Experiencia fantástica: Coronado Fitness Club is like no other gym! Their staff makes your feel like family. I've had experience in the past with intimidating gyms and CFC is so inviting. Their equipment and group fitness class is always clean and sanitized. Their group classes are energetic and the coaches cater to any level. I also love how they sell lululemon clothes!

Jeff Shalem, one of the skilled trainers at CFC, has been my personal trainer for almost a year and it has been a life changing experience. The facility has top of the line equipment that’s kept in pristine condition – the absolute best gym in Coronado

Experiencia fantástica: Great local gym. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff/trainers. Has a squat rack and plenty of plates. Also, there are dumbells to at least 100lbs. There are two cable crossover machines. Rarely does one have to wait for equipment. Also, it is clean. The owner is very friendly, at the gym often, and cares about his members.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of the Coronado Fitness Club for over a year now and it is, by far, my favorite place in Coronado. The classes are fantastic; I've taken nearly all of them at least once and have trouble deciding on just one to take every day. All of the trainers and staff are knowledgable, professional, and very friendly. The facility itself is great, too -- the equipment is all upstairs (weights, machines, mats, TRX, etc.), and the group classes are downstairs. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would.
