Experiencia fantástica: This is a challenging, effective workout for all ages. The trainers are excellent and will modify workouts if you have injuries. Mon/Weds/Fri the workouts are HIIT, Tues/Thurs weights and Saturday is a combination. I typically burn over 500 calories in 45 minutes, and there are a lot of class times to choose from. I used to pay 3x this amount for a personal trainer (for 3 days a week). I can now workout 5x a week for 1/3 of the price. Try it ! You won’t be disappointed!

Hardest workout I've ever done, and rare place that has a great cardio and weightlifting program designed to get you through all the necessary workouts you need throughout the week. The workouts are intense but the trainers are there to get you going and sticking with it.

Experiencia fantástica: F45 is great for all ages. I have never been a “workout” person and I go almost everyday and have been for two years. I am in better shape now than I was in my 40’s. Like I said, it is good for all ages because I can do it at 61. The coaches are great and I have many new friends who sweat with me. Life changing!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great concept. For one, it's only 45 minutes which is a big plus for busy professionals. I love the small group training sessions - they're there to motivate you, and also to make sure you're doing to movements correctly and safely. I also love that they incorporate a meal planning to their gym too.

Experiencia fantástica: Usually not a fan of personal or group training, but my wife and I thought we would give F45 a try since it was so close. WOW, amazing. The training is high paced and intense, but you can always go at your own pace to begin with the guidance of the knowledgeable trainers. The trainers are brilliant and very motivating, while you can also see all the work outs on tv screens to follow along. They have all the newest equipment and the workouts will keep your muscles confused. We just completed our trial and we got absolutely, hooked and will be have started our membership. If you dont want to just check in and check out at the gym and really get in the best shape of your life I HIGHLY recommend. Thanks F45!
