Not too busy- and some equipment is outdoors- so it feels like a safe place to work out. Robert and Hilary are doing great job keeping positive energy going during difficult pandemic. Well done!!

Experiencia fantástica: I just joined Shape-Up recently and was looking for a new gym. It's a nice boutique gym that feels safe and comfortable with the social distancing. But the deciding factor for me was the gym's manager Hillary. She gave me a great deal and was so helpful in showing me all the amenities they have to offer If it weren't for the time and care she took, I would not have signed up at Shape-Up. Highly recommended gym, great customer service, amazing care from the manager Hillary!

I hired Robert Burns to be my personal trainer. He has changed the way I approach health forever. He has dedicated his entire life to health and fitness. He was an Olympic weight lifter, he sits on the board of numerous health organizations, he gives insightful and interesting seminars on weight training, diet and the importance of sleep all while maintaining a cutting edge knowledge for overall health. We have become good friends over the years and I'm always seeking his advice and receiving helpful answers. The more I ask, the more I appreciate his knowledge. Roberts passion for health is addictive.

It's totally different from the average big box chain out there...they'll remember your name, and always be there to keep you going.

Experiencia fantástica: So far it's been an awesome experience. The gym had exactly what I wanted, and that is no easy task. They have a great variety of classes offered all throughout the day (not just morning and night). The icing on the cake are the vibe and therapy plates, along with infrared sauna. That alone is worth the cost of the membership! I love the staff. Robert is an excellent trainer. He's super knowledgeable and backed with tons of experience. No gym compares, in my humble opinion. I love it there!

Experiencia fantástica: In addition to excellent equipment, Shape-Up has the most knowledgeable and staff of private trainers who are all very professional. Even if you’re not working with a private trainer, they might ask if they can make a few suggestions so you won’t hurt yourself and train better. They really care.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of SHAPE UP since 2003. I have enjoyed many years at this gym. I think their trainers are invaluable. They educate everyone on the newest exercise techniques and how to use the equipment properly. There is also a great variety of classes. I have gone from doing classes to working with Robert Burns as my personal trainer. Robert has transformed my body & mind. At 55 I was able to lose 30 Lbs and more importantly gain more energy and strength for everything I do. I am really enjoying Living my Best Life. I Highly recommend this gym as the place to go to obtain better health , improve muscle mass and tone and stay informed of the newest information to Improve your quality of life.

Experiencia fantástica: I love shape up. Its a friendly place unlike some of the big impersonal gyms. It has all the equipment you need and a long list of fun and effective classes. The trainers are so knowledgeable and willing to make suggestions even when they’re not working with you. The parking is easy and it never smells bad. I’ve gone to a lot of gyms and this is by far my favorite.

Robert is both motivational and knowledgeable and while were working out only two days a week I have achieved great results from our half hour workouts. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the professional staff at Shape-Up!

I’ve used private gyms and excellent trainers for years in Los Angeles, but having the opportunity to work one on one with the gym’s owner, Robert, has been transformative for me. And this only after 2 sessions. An incredible resource. So very knowledgeable. He has literally changed my view of how to work out thoughtfully and efficiently for my level and age. Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Shape-Up for about 5 years and its one of the best gyms I've every worked out at. They have every piece of equipment you could ever need, and they constantly make a point to keep their equipment clean. They have great classes that are fun but challenging. Excellent teachers that try and get to know everyone by name, which is a nice gesture. I like that they periodically offer health and nutritional seminars for their members and are always trying to stay on the cutting edge of health and exercise. Its nice seeing the same people every week, and most have been coming here for years, which says a lot about this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: The ultimate luxury gym and the cleanest gym on the planet. Robert the owner is an amazing coach for the physical and mental aspects of getting and remaining in shape. Anthony and all the staff are extremely respectful, helpful and enthusiastic. The boot camp is kick a... and losing weight like crazy. Also they have a spa owner by amber called facial lounge. Amazing facials and treatments. I looovvve this place. Like a second home. Every imaginable piece state of the art equipment and classes galore. Friendly bunch of members too!!!!!

The owner and staff are truly caring, knowledgable and dedicated to helping each member be the best that they can be to reach their full potential. Everyone know your name. It's a club for all ages with various programs and incentives as well as nutritional counseling. I'm proud to be a member for over 34 years. I'm more fit now than I was at 44.
