This is so helpful for me, since I work over nights and my sleep schedule is all messed up. I also love the coaching here. :)

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going for about a month, and I love it. The coaches are all very positive & helpful. Each workout is tuned according to your ability, and they are proactive about making sure that you're not going to hurt yourself. Update: Coming up on 4 years at this gym now, and I still love it! I've learned so much from the coaches and I still look forward to going as often as I can every week.
