Experiencia fantástica: First day there and it was good enjoyed working out there just wish there was better equipment but I see how they are trying to do that and overall it was fun and great, the staff the helped me out and gave me a tour was a nice guy Realy appreciate it, I will for sure go there for a while love the energy to be the best version of your self by working on your body, thanks top shape gym

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. Always open, always clean, and always welcoming. I've been looking for a good gym for a while, and I finally found the perfect one for me. The price here is really nice compared to most gyms that I've tried before. The student discount makes the price even lower which is awesome. I like that they have a women's only section. Still need to try their smoothies though!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Core because they have a sauna and that’s part of my self-care managing chronic Lyme. I started taking yoga classes, which I really like, and they added Pilates (yay!!) in September. I enjoy the instructors thus far. I did my jumpstart with Adrienne, and she had me do a great workout that got me going with a different workout design. If you need a trainer, she’s great, and the next day you will know you worked out with her! She did lots of customization for me as well, which was appreciated. I love that you don’t have obnoxious bright lighting. The free weight area is nice. I like that it’s not over crowded because some places put too much in a small space. I like the rowing machine. The staff at NL is great and I’d highly recommend it.

Experiencia positiva: Very clean and full of equipments, also good space. No pool in this branch tho, only at Iowa city branch.
