Experiencia fantástica: I was my first ever yoga class and I was nervous at the beginning, but Amanda approach me and give me a hug and welcome me to her class and I felt home right away. I even cry during meditation i hope nobody saw me ! I was so stressed out and I felt a relief during and after class. It wasn’t easy doing all of the poses but I absolutely love it ! Experiencia fantástica: This is my first time trying Yoga. On my first day Amanda made me feel very comfortable (even though I was late) and welcome. The class is tough but I plan to go back. I'm sore in muscles I didn't know I had but per Amanda "if you aren't sore you're not working hard enough!" 2 classes down!

Your personal and friendly approach to yoga and your students will make me come back. Plus the class was challenging but you went slowly and explained the positions.
