Experiencia fantástica: Sandy Lake CrossFit is one of my favorite places to go to. I am so happy to have driven by and discovered that there was a box near my home. The coaches and members are some of the most incredible people I’ve met in my life. They are sincere, supportive and absolutely welcoming. My job can be physically demanding and Sandy Lake CrossFit helps me to be in good shape in order to handle situations with strength and mental fortitude that I get to develop from the workouts. I’ve grown so much here and I enjoy coming to class every time. I have a hectic schedule but I carve out my “me-time” to train here because it’s more fun to be around my workout buddies and it’s my safe space where I can de-stress and get fit at the same time. What a win-win!

Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and pay attention to offer tips for improvement as I progress in the program. Definitely happy with my choice.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! Accessible class times, equipment is kept in good condition, the whole place is sparkling clean, and the coaches always make me feel welcome. I also really appreciate the focus being on consistency and doing what’s right for your body rather than just PRing or RXing workouts. The coaches also model and encourage supportive community, especially at the end of a hard workout! I highly recommend this gym for athletes of any level.

They have a heart for the members and making sure that each athlete is getting the best workout they can get and being better each day. One of the co-owners is a Navy Veteran and current firefighter/emt so they are big supporters of veterans and public servants. I love this gym and I love the new owners. And I'm foreigner and learning English so I had some trouble to communicate with them but they were still so kind to me. I really like the experience that I had with them! and people in there are so nice as well. I highly recommend this gym to everyone. I got to know how to work out and know how to enjoy working out. It was so nice that I chose this gym. Even tho I went back to my country, but I'll keep working out at crossfit gym. I really appreciate them.

I have been a member since the gym opened and I can say the owners/coaches Darla & Michael are amazing, they care about your fitness and well being. Truly a family atmosphere for all levels of fitness and a culture like no other. Tons of equipment, fresh, challenging (and scalable) programming, friendly and knowledgeable coaches make sure everyone is getting the most out of every movement and there are fun challenges with every workout.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely awesome gym, coaches, and members! They're the best for three reasons: 1) I'm still going after eight months. The coaches are always positive and their enthusiasm is contagious. And the members are welcoming and super supportive. 2) I'm stronger than I was ten years ago. The coaches do a great job of pushing me to get better without overdoing it. They seem to sense when people need to be pushed or need a break. 3) I think I'll be able to do CrossFit without injury for a long time with SLC. The coaches are constantly drilling safe technique and they're very good about helping us reach our limits without going over. Seriously - a membership will be the best money you spend all month!

Plus - there’s a great gym dog that greets you without fail. Also, doing a killer job with current requirements for physical distancing and disinfecting equipment - couldn’t find a cleaner way to spend an hour!

Comes fully loaded with a kids zone for family members, industrial style bathrooms with plenty of showers for men and women! Lounge area for hanging out! Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym! Recently tried several gyms in the Flower Mound/Grapevine area and I found SandyLake Crossfit to be the best! The owners are great and the community is very welcoming. The location is very convienient, right off of 121. The gym is stocked with plenty of CF equipment and the amenities are on point (multiple showers, a/c, heater, etc). My favorite is the coaching and programing! I always feel the coaches are attentive and helping me improve. The programing always varies to include different movements that keep me challenged and motivated! I love it here!!

Both Kurt and Adair are Awesome Coaches who really show how possible this Sport can be for everyone even beginners like me and most of all their Mascot Reina who greets everyone at the door. They teach every work out step by step. Every workout is challenging but you will feel great afterwards!
