Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Newsom Fitness for about 7 months now and couldn't be happier. I will continue go there as long as I live in the area. The owner, Letesha, is awesome and she really cares about helping her clients achieve success - whatever that means for them. She is very flexible about scheduling appointments and is available whenever you need whether it's early morning or evening appointments. So far I have lost about 20 lbs since I started working out at Newsom Fitness. I would have lost more but sometimes I have difficulty staying on my food plan, but Letesha always helps me get back on track. I highly recommend Newsom Fitness!
