Experiencia fantástica: Staff has always been very friendly and work very hard to keep the gym in the best condition which is tough because its a popular location. The trainers are very knowledgeable. The best part for me is the kids club. They are always very friendly, always playing and coloring with the kids. They are very attentive, even when there are many kids playing they know all the kids names, and the parents names. Any one of them can tell me everything my kid was doing the entire time was in there, his fav activities, his fav toys to play with, etc.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice gym. Everyone has been respectful from the workers, who are nice and friendly, to the ones using the gym. I'm new to weightlifting and new to attending a gym. I ask around about Golds and was discouraged why I should not go to Golds as a beginner and I should start at Planet Fitness. I have not felt intimidated by those who are experienced lifters. Many have stepped in and given solid advice. My wife and I have always had a great experience here.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym! Staff is great when I need them. This gym has everything you need to stay fit. Does it get packed at peak times? Yes, but that's almost every gym. I have almost no complaints. The weights might need to be replaced soon. There are little pieces missing from most of them. But not a mahor issue. Great place.

I don't really have any other Gold's experiences to compare it to but their hours match my availability, the staff are all nice as well. They gave me 1 free session with a personal trainer when I joined as well so not a bad deal for like $27/month.

Experiencia fantástica: Really great and friendly staff, unfortunately the pool is closed and won't be opening again. If it is something you're looking for this isn't the place. However everything else is great, they do a thorough job at making sure the facility is sanitized and safe for everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Some of the negative reviews on here have me confused, honestly. I went during peak time, around 5pm on a Monday and it was not that crowded, at least not by my standards. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, equipment was clean and never had to wait for anything. The facility is definitely not small or cramped, where I come from any gym at 5pm on a Monday is twice as packed or worse. It definitely doesn't give off "gymbro dbag vibes" as one reviewer posted.. It's a gym, don't be shocked that people lift. Honestly I don't know what these people are complaining about. Overall, great gym, decent equipment, clean, and friendly staff. What more do you need?

Experiencia fantástica: Fast and easy to activate my membership, not packed and enough equipment for you and a partner. Might be better with a protein vending machine and water dispenser for people who dont want to bring whole bottles of water but great experience overall, good staff and clean equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Annette is super friendly and nice as well the staff that are there are amazing, place is always clean from the gym floor to the locker room. I just wish the sauna was open but their classes are something to look for.

Experiencia fantástica: Sales rep, Nick, was very patient with my wife, kid and me. He answered all my questions and even reached out to his manager to ensure that I got all the correct information. I felt that he genuinely had my best interest in mind.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym. There are all ages there and all the staff and personal trainers are welcoming and helpful. It is on the list for AARP RenewActive and Silver Sneakers for the senior citizen folks. I am one of those and have not encountered any ugly remarks from anyone, including the others using the Gym. I engaged a personal trainer named Bernard and would tell anyone he is well worth the investment. He is patient but encouraging and understands the initial difficulties of those of us have not seen the inside of a gym in awhile. I am getting stronger every day and am feeling a lot more energetic. Clairification: I am a 77 1/2 year old female. Short and not as balanced as I would like. So we work on balance each week and I am progressing quite nicely.

He not even bother show me around or make an appointment for first time.. (smh) I would give 4 1/2 stars because I refuse shower there that floor is dirty look like moldy.. that only thing con.. beside gym equipments is amazing and a lot of good to work out..

Jacuzzi has nice waterfall for massaging your shoulders, back or chest. Swimming pool is clean, restrooms also. Great movie selection for the movie fitness room. Personal trainers seem to be encouraging to their clients. Overall great gym!

Not the closest to me but The staff, the equipment, the childcare, bootcamp, and all the classes are better here so I really like it here! Ps: The women in the daycare here are absolutely fantastic and trustworthy not to mention the play place inside is “cooler” than the others.. words from a 7&9 year old
