Experiencia fantástica: The gym has consistently grown and improved for the entire 8 months ive been a member. They continue to add more equipment amd refine the gym rules to ensure a comfortable gym environment for everyone. The gym owner has done a great job at listening to customers recommendations for improve or better gym environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Coming from Golds on FM 78, I was looking for something more private and that had the heavy weights needed for a great workout. I walked in and met Shawn the owner. From the moment he walked me through the gym I knew this was my home. Being 24 hours the gym has been super quiet, allowing me to really focus on my workouts. The personal trainers are there every day and they have such a great attitude in inspiring people of all ages to increase their level of fitness. This is a gym that is a hidden gem. I would have loved to stay but alas I’m moving. Best of luck to existing and future gym goats. Put that work in. - Sean

Experiencia fantástica: It’s clean! Facilities and gym floor are well taken care of. There’s plenty of equipment and free weights. I love the availability and flexibility of the gym. Personal training is a must try. Great atmosphere, highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t really beat a gym that is open 24/7! It has everything I need. Great space, good machines and the atmosphere is nice and motivating!

Experiencia fantástica: Working night shift my sleep.schedule is all over the place. So if I need 2am or 2pm, its been perfect. Its not over crowded, its clean, and the owner is so personable and helpful with my fitness goals.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a more private, personal experience versus what you get from the big box gyms. Shawn, the owner, spent close to an hour with me discussing my fitness goals and designed a custom workout plan specifically for me and my current level of fitness. Cleanliness is of the highest level and the equipment appears new and very high quality. If you’re looking to get fit, I recommend supporting this local small business.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to the gym for about 6 months and I love the easy access to get in I love the availability of all the equipment and how clean the area is kept and you can go anytime of the day and being your own zone staff that I have worked with have been amazing and always willing to get you in touch with a personal fitness trainer to help you reach your goals

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this gym to anyone that’s looking for a clean friendly environment. It’s a local gym open 24 hrs but loaded with equipment. The staff is always friendly and available to answer any concerns. The owner Shawn Philips is very professional and helpful . He is very knowledgeable about health and fitness and he genuinely offered to help me with my weight loss goals. In the little bit that I have been training with him; I’ve seen big results and can’t wait to continue with reaching my goals. If you want results come to Texas Muscle and Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: This place really is special, you’ll find yourself in a community of like minded individuals working towards their goals collectively, all here to lift you up when you’re down and push you when you need it. Shawn (the owner) is open to discussion and extremely approachable, as are all of the trainers here as well. This gym is focused on results, check them out on Instagram for a more in-depth look at what’s coming up, as they’ve always got classes and boot camps for those interested. Again, you won’t find this type of place anywhere else in the city, come check it out!

The vibe is great & fellow gym members are friendly. If I am going to get up at zero dark thirty to work out, this is the place to be!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym! Very clean and they have hand sanitizer and equipment cleaning equipment readily available to use prior to your workout. They have tons of machines and cardio equipment, even my favorite the stairs! I get on them EVERY TIME I go!!! Love them! Also, I love how bright it is, not dark and gloomy like some gyms. The personal training is my favorite. So glad I found this place!
