Experiencia fantástica: I've been working out at One 30 Fitness for almost 7 years now and highly recommend them. At first I was looking for a way to get rid of the extra 10 pounds I couldn't shed after having my children. The workouts kicked my metabolism up to where I got rid of that 10 and have kept it off! I like having my weekly appointment with my trainer because it keeps me accountable to work out.
