Experiencia fantástica: This is a classic. Strong fitness is an old/school, no-nonsense, lifter’s iron paradise. Owner is named AO, he’s extremely easygoing and friendly. They have every piece of equipment you could need and an awesome vibe. Visit the area a few times a year, can’t wait to utilize this place again. Excellent deal for locals and visitors alike.

Experiencia fantástica: 11/10 Review on this establishment! I was in town for a week for work & they treated me great as far as staff and the environment that came with it! Great old school equipment and has everything you need from free weights to a small turf area, for other exercises. When I’m back in town , I can assure you THIS is the place I will be grinding at. I recommend strong fitness to anyone in the area!!!

It has everything good machine and very good place even thought I don’t go so often but the people and the gym owner they are all great people the place is nice and neat. Know onto this COVID that we had for over two years they have taken really well of the gym they have hand sanitizer and spray with towels so that you can wipe off your Machines after using them, I like that about it and strong fitness gym has great things and awesome family. It’s quite unique although that I’ve never been to other gyms but I really recommend strong fitness for the area Montgomery it’s a really good place to work out and do anything reasonable price.

Experiencia fantástica: Came all the way from Pennsylvania and needed a gym with free weights and racks and there weren’t many options. Found this privately owned gym and when I showed up, was greeted by the owner the second I walked through the door. This gym was everything I needed to continue my workout plan and there was just about everything anyone would ever need at the gym ranging from cardio machines to power cleans. It’s open 24/7 so you can come anytime you want. I will 100% be back here the next time I am in town.

They have a separate room for power lifting as well! The gym appears to be family owned and operated. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. Please support this local business!

We were able to get in and workout quickly and without any hassle. The owner was so nice and accommodating. The gym had all the equipment we needed and more. Love the old school equipment! So much better than the corporate gyms. Definitely coming back all week.

Experiencia fantástica: My girlfriend and I have been going to Strong while here on holiday and absolutely love it. It is a great family-owned gym with everything you could want. It has plenty of machines, cardio equipment, and free weights. It even has an awesome little power lifting room. The power lifting room has a deadlift platform, two squat racks, a bench, hex bar, several solid bars, and plenty of plates for even the juiciest of hulks to push their limits. The two squat racks also have deadlift platforms on the end of them, so you won’t be missing deadlift day. The owners (A.O and his wife) are very friendly and down-to-earth people, which makes the atmosphere in the gym fantastic. The only problem with this gym is that we can’t bring it back home with us. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to work out in the Montgomery area. Oh, and they even have tires to flip!!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is an awesome gym! I am an IFBB pro and my family lives in the area. When I’m on prep I need a place open early for cardio and late to train sometimes. Dale the owner was so gracious to let me use the gym while in town at no cost. He even let me in early! I will never have to worry about not having a place to train when I visit as long as this place stays open. Go check it out! You won’t be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym!!! I love how it’s not too bright in here because who wants fluorescent lighting beaming on them while they are working out?? No one :) so this gym is perfect for that. I like how all the machines and weights I need are at this gym. They also have a little area to stretch at the end of your workout. Ayo, the owner and personal trainer is very nice and a great trainer! I have many friends that train with him.

You will find everything you need here including lots of functional fitness equipment and even a solid powerlifting area in the back. And don’t forget the wonderful hospitality. I’ve found my away home gym when in town.
