Experiencia fantástica: YES Fitness is an incredibly well-equipped gym. It is accessible 24 hours a day, in a great location, with the BEST Personal Trainer (DJ Neal) in all of Texas!! I highly recommend a Membership and a multitude of PT Workout Sessions. You will feel exhilarated!

Experiencia fantástica: DJ is a great personal trainer and actually listens to her clients about their goals and desires. She has been doing this for a long time and it shows in her explanations and knowledge. She keeps the gym clean and is constantly wiping down equipment. Since it’s a smaller gym she really takes the time to get to know her patrons. This makes the gym feel better and safer than a loud noisy gym like 24 hr or fitness connection. Whether you do the personal training or just come in to workout on your own, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a different and more personalized experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Great spot for a workout. The best thing is that it's not a huge gym with a bunch of people just sitting at machines or benches. People that join, join to work, not sit. I go 5 days a week and am always able to complete my routine as designed without issues. I've been a member for 12 weeks and will continue. Yes Fit has all the equipment you need to work your body and reach your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a member of the gym for 1 month while visiting family in the area. Never exercised before, so I went with and took the training from DJ, who also happens to be the owner and a lovely human being. She was extremely patient with my limited mobility in the beginning, yet fairly tough so that I could improve in the short amount of time I had. Helped me with everything I needed to learn, not just about exercising, but also about my body and its potential, for which I shall always be grateful to her. The gym is properly equipped to cater to all of your exercising needs that you can think of, and they maintain a very clean facility. Would recommend wholeheartedly!

We had some minor billing issues but when contacted, yes fitness took care of the issue promptly and accordingly. The gym fits all needs and the people that run it are a good solid group. I would recommend this gym to anyone going forward.

Not to mention some of the trainers here are beyond amazing. James & Courtney are thee best trainers I have ever come across and if your looking to loss weight, get in shape or just be a healthier you definitely hit them up I guarantee you will see results if u follow their expertise.
