Experiencia fantástica: This isn't a big box gym, it is just as advertised. Hard-core, not climate controlled, no juice bar. Its loud music, great atmosphere to workout in. Every piece of equipment you could ever want in a gym. Everyone is friendly and there for the same goals, lift weights to feel great.

Experiencia fantástica: ***9/27/22*** Most honorable gym owner ever! Terminated my membership due to my move few months ago, there were a few discrepancies with the software that charges accounts. I have been messaging the owner about it and finally got it cleared up. She has been so helpful and open about the whole thing. She refunded the money that I was charged for today. WHAT OTHER GYM DOES THAT? No one does it like MetroFlex! Mrs. Kim is a stand up small business owner that truly puts her customers first. SO STOP LOOKING FOR A GYM AND GET AFTER IT! First time visitor toady. This is a bad a$$ gym! There is a great selection of equipment, everything from your standard deadlift/bench/squat to strong man equipment. I believe I spoke with the owner today, she was extremely sweet and stopped what she was doing to ask how my workout was as I was leaving. Highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to push their training to the next level. Commercial gyms can’t compare to metro flex!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym to get away from the overcrowding of a typical gym. The people here are super friendly and helpful that it doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or a first timer, you’re sure to fit right in.
