I have been a dedicated member for 6+ months now and every day I look forward to working out. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and made so many new friends. 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The PT Flex instructors are helpful in motivation and instructions. Great choice of times for classes. With PT Flex other classes are included and instruction is great. Always get a great workout!

Worth every penny I pay for the gym and classes and personal training sessions for my daughter. Lori and Heather are great trainers, and Jen from the yoga class has been awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy coming to the House of Steel and seeing a lot of smiling faces. They welcome you as soon as you walk through the door with a smile and "Hello and Welcome to House of Steel!" The staff is very friendly get to know us when we come and will talk to you and make you feel welcomed! They are always willing to jump up and help you as soon as you ask! Great gym with great people. Always going above and beyond with everything. Another thing that I love about the gym is that it is open 24/7! So I can go in and working out and tan whenever I want to. They also have 24/7 tanning as well which is great for me! The prices are great! They have family plans, joint plans, individual plans, student plans and they even have plans for police, EMT, Firemen, and Military as well! So everyone has a plan that bests for them. This gym is definitely something to check out! You won't be sorry I promise!!

Experiencia positiva: I did a 2 week membership special that I seen advertised on Facebook but I didn't end up staying with this gym. This gym is very nice, very clean, tanning available, many many classes available but it just wasn't for me. When signing up I was a bit lost afterwards. The website they offer is very easy to sign up for classes and such, which is nice but when it comes to working out in the gym I wasn't sure what most machines were, how they worked or did so I found myself just on the treadmill. I myself just need more guidance when it comes to a gym.
