I had the opportunity to participate in a competition at CROSFFIT UNITE and it was absolutely the best experience I've had yet! The staff and volunteers are incredibly kind, motivating, and it's obvious they are highly educated in exercise science, nutrition, and in their CrossFit certifications. If you live in Concord, NC do not go anywhere else! They will help you EXCEED your goals!

Experiencia fantástica: I have not been with this box long but I can tell you now that it takes no time at all to fall in love with this place. Personally I was on a fairly destructive path.. eating terrible, drinking regularly, actively using the JUUL products, and doing absolutely no good for my body. I am confident that a good friend with a life changing invitation and box owner Lisa may have saved my from going to a place I could not come back from. In the last month I have given up the bad habits and replaced them with the love and support that comes with this place...I'm stronger, happier, healthier and nothing I could ever do would repay these incredible people for what that have given me. No matter where you are physically, mentally or otherwise you owe yourself this, say good bye to the anxiety.. the doubt... whatever you've got and say hello to a pretty amazing family!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member now for over 2 years and I love the place. They have a class schedules that fit almost everyone’s needs, the classes rarely get too big so you always have good time with the coach, and it just feels like a big family there. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, you won’t regret it.
