Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE CrossFit Cabarrus! I would recommend this place to anyone, no matter your current fitness level. The coaches are fantastic people who really know what they're doing and can help anyone reach their goals, whether you have been lifting for years or you have never exercised regularly before. I have gone to a few other gyms before, including a different CrossFit box, and my progress has skyrocketed here compared to anywhere else. The community is so encouraging and pushes you to succeed in such a positive way. I cannot say enough good things about this place! **WARNING: Working out at CrossFit Cabarrus can be addictive!!! You'll love it there, so check it out! Unless you don't want to see results, then you probably shouldn't. :-)

Experiencia fantástica: You get what you pay for! I love shooting, lifting then chillin by the pool! This is the only gym in the area with all those features.

Experiencia positiva: I really like the hot tub, weight room, and steam room. I had major concerns about the music they would play, but it seems to have improved drastically in the past week. Great amenities.

All the equipment is in great shape or brand new. I see Angelo twice a week for personal training and he is great to train with. He know what I need to hit my goals and he keeps me motivated.

Experiencia fantástica: If you need a change of pace or a full on flip of direction in your life, I recommend Angelo Bannister as your personal trainer. He’s more than a personal trainer, but a friend, someone who listens, someone who pushes you, encourages you, cares for your health, and makes the change in your life happen despite your weaknesses. You should definitely ask for him at the desk and also join CrossFit. Sure, personal training and CrossFit is a major financial commitment, but you commit money to cars, homes, jewelry, etc. Fitness and knowledge are the two things in life no one can take away from you. You would not believe the self confidence boost Angelo provided me, you would not believe the humongous impact Angelo and the Sportscenter has made on my life. If you are scared, helpless, have low self confidence, join the team. We have all been there and this place is a gift from God above to help us reach our fullest potential. The facilities are awesome and provide you with whatever you need to accomplish your fitness or athletic goals. Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love the Sportscenter. The coaches are awesome and they always push me to do my best! Thanks to the coaches and bootcamp classes, I have lost 35lbs so far. I couldn’t ask for a better environment to work out in. The staff in child care are also amazing! My daughter looks forward to going in there and she loves it! Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been so friendly. Keep up the great work!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place! Best gym we have joined. Go to the pool frequently. Also, use the cardio deck and zumba classes. Glad they took a stand against the craziness that Gov. Cooper has been putting out. If you don’t feel safe, cancel your membership and let the people that do still show up.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice and clean, pool and sauna areas are maintained very well, was able to walk right in scan my phone and head Strait to the equipment upstairs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hopefully make my next visit soon.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of the sports facility, gym, and boot camp classes for two and half years. These guys are more than a gym, they become part of your fitness life and care about your success. I have enjoyed working out and made many friends there. The coaching staff, especially D’Angelo, Josh and Doc Kline are exceptional coaches and human beings.

Experiencia fantástica: I began taking a few swim and stroke development lessons here in preparation for a triathlon. Toward the end of my training I decided to sign up in order to continue working on my swimming. I'm primarily a runner and have been working toward a marathon so this place was the best value for just the swimming access. I looked into some other places that were priced the same or more solely for pool access. To top it off there is a roughly half mile loop outside to run and of course treadmills if my wife is on ours at home. Fast forward about a month and I came to terms with the fact I have a stress fracture in my foot and have been forced to stay off the running for a while. It's been a boon that I have my membership here. I have some equipment at home but it would get old fast. This place ticks off all the boxes for me. All of the group classes are included. I hit up spin classes almost every evening and make use of the studio even when there are no scheduled classes. The group atmosphere is great for me to feel a little accountable and have taken the place of my running groups for the time. I've tried out a few other classes and they've all been great as well. They have body pump, cardio blast, Barre, water aerobics, zumba, yoga, plates, and more. The instructors are all friendly and personable. They always have time to chat and give help. I also mix in a little strength training and swimming after a spin. They have tons of equipment for anything you would ever want. Lots of free weights and machines make it where you rarely have to wait on anything as the exercises from machines and free weights can be redundant. With both an indoor and an outdoor pool I'm guaranteed to be able to swim year-round. There are a multitude of different cardio machines upstairs that virtually guarantees there will always be something available to use. There is also a small free weight area there. The locker room has 8 or 10 showers in the men's. Plenty of lockers and one only needs bring a key. Towel service is included. There are even a couple of blow dryers and a scale in there. It's very convenient to shower rather than having to wait to go home. There are a plethora of other amenities I don't make use of. Some are extra others are included. There are a number of tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, and racquetball courts all on-site. There is childcare available if you have children. There is a massage service, and a meal prep service on site as well. For those looking for cross fit or Evo fit they have that too at an additional cost above base membership. I don't do either but I'm told that the cost is reasonable considering all of the other benefits. They have a coffee and nutrition bar on-site as well in the lounge area. They offer a free fitness assessment to new members that gives one a lot of different metrics including body fat percentage, muscle mass, etc. Personal training is also included. The place is clean and all of the staff are super friendly. There has never been a time where I have been there that I'm not cheerfully greeted as I come and go. Nor have I ever been that someone wasn't wandering around cleaning the whole time. I also really like the app. They communicate any schedule changes or other issues very well through the app. I can also find classes quickly. I also accrue points for doing normal stuff like checking in and completing workouts I will be able to use for drinks or merchandise if I so choose. All in all I really don't have anything all that negative to say. There is always room for improvement, but nothing worthwhile and all that constructive.

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym for the cost hands down. I signed up for this gym with my fiance a few months back. We go roughly 5 times a week and heavily use the pool, sauna, weight room, racquetball courts and tennis courts. This gym has everything you want in a very warm and welcoming environment. Whether you're single, or have a family, this gym will have everything you need to get a great workout in and keep yourself in optimum health! I will be a member for as long as I live in Concord!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to the Sportscenter for three months now. The last three months have been incredible. On the measurable side of things, I have lost twenty pounds and a couple of notches of my belt. On the less measurable side of things, I have noticed an increase in my ability to move, stand for longer periods of time, and get through more of the workout (I’m doing CrossFit). I have more energy throughout the day, and I’m more motivated to get up and do things throughout the day. Joshua Swart has been great. He’s really helped encourage me to continue through this massive change in my life: exercising regularly and changing my eating habits. I’m not sure I would have made it this far without him and the other CrossFit coaches, as well as the culture that is being cultivated in that group. The Sportscenter and CrossFit Cabarrus are changing my life!

Experiencia fantástica: It doesn’t matter which level you are at, the trainers will help you and make you feel like anything is possible. When I heard about Crossfit, I thought it was going to be impossible... but when I got myself to class I absolutely fell in love with this sport. It sure has changed my life. I love being surrounded by the amazing people who are there to work hard and cheer you on to keep going. I couldn’t do it without the trainers and the people around me. You learn a lot about yourself and it’s the best to see nothing but improvement.

Gym equipment, Crossfit, that thing were everyone stretches. Typing doesn't do this place justice! This place deserves a heavy metal intro and an American Eagle soaring overhead!
