Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love these classes! I've been working out here for 2.5 years and am still challenged every class. The routines are always changing and the music is good!

Experiencia fantástica: Barre Central is my favorite place for barre workouts! Each workout is challenging and fun and never ever the same. You will be sore from your head to your toes! You can also try out a variety of cardio and strength training classes all in this in-home studio.

Experiencia fantástica: Barre Central is everything I've been looking for in a fitness studio. While the Barre classes are the most fun and challenging barre classes I've ever taken, what I love even more is that there are a great variety of classes...from bounce to circuits to TRX to kickboxing. The instructors are awesome and the music is pumping so that I don't have to think too much about the pain I'm in! ;) If you are looking for an awesome workout in a supportive atmosphere look no further!

It’s locally owned and celebrating it’s 3rd anniversary, has added a team of amazing new instructors AND added an awesome new class called barre + bounce. This new format incorporates the best of Megan’s barre moves with a new twist on the tramp. I didn’t think I could get more benefits from barre but rebounding adds even more advantages to optimize your workout. Seriously, look up the benefits of rebounding.
