Experiencia negativa: The Gym is way too small and only has one flat bench for use. There are 2 seated areas in front of a row of dumbbells that are pushed in between a large cable machine that has barely enough room to put your arms out without hitting someone next to you. I asked where you were supposed to put other seats to use the rack in front of the mirror and they suggested moving to the corner of the gym ? The gym does not have enough space to lift comfortably nor enough equipment to be able to have more than 5 people in the facility at one time. I would not recommend this place for people who want to actually lift. This is more of a small space for 5 people to train that like being right on top of each other. Very sub par facility and equipment

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is very clean and has top of the line equipment. The owner is very welcoming and has created a great environment for training. The owner is very knowledgable and creates unique training experiences for beginners and experienced lifters if you request his expertise. My favorite part about this gym is the variety of equipment that is available to train with, many of which you cannot find at other gyms. Very hard to get bored in this gym with all the equipment at your disposal. There is also yoga available.

Experiencia fantástica: Update on previous review. The owner reached out to me and offered to personally give me a tour of the gym. Alex is a great man and has a really great gym. All of his equipment is top of the line, members and other staff are super friendly. After a lot of thought I am glad I am able to correct my previous rating of this gym. Alex has a great gym and I am definitely going to be canceling my membership at the competitors and switching to Power In Motion. Thank you Alex for making a bad experience into a good one especially for someone like me who needs the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: The Spin/Bootcamp class on Thursday at 7pm ???????????? Fun and fast paced, definitely book in advance in the MindBody app the week before to reserve a spot! Facility is very clean, equipment and weights very well kept, staff is friendly.

Great, clean equipment (consistently re-racked plates) with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff looking to help you personally reach your personal goals. Shoutout to the owner and his gf, Alex & Tracie, for always taking the time to answer any and every question I have about fitness, nutrition, and even life. You guys rock.

I paid more at bigger name gyms for equipment that was falling apart. They have top of the line stuff. 5 stars for sure.

I have been training at Power in Motion for a year and a half (and have been a client of trainer Tracie for 9 years)...I've honestly never done the same workout twice! They keep things fresh, innovative, and tailored specifically to each client. The equipment is high quality, and the atmosphere is positive and encouraging. I would highly recommend Power in Motion to anyone who is looking to discover their best personal fitness in a motivating environment!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Columbus. At power in motion I meet awesome supportive people who have become great friends and work out partners. I’m also an athlete but when I got there I was badly injured. Terrible back issues and I worked with the owner, Alex, who is incredibly knowledgeable and fixed me. Since then I’ve gotten in the best shape in my life working out there. The equipment is in perfect shape and elite and it’s always incredibly clean. Not too crowded either. So much better than the mass market gym I used to belong to.

Everyone is super engaging and encouraging at the gym - true community. It's very clean (even before Covid). Great personal trainers and they are well educated! Great price for the quality you are getting. Alex Powers has truly out done himself with this gym. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

This isn't your typical run of the mill gym, the equipment is authentic, personalized and unique. Nothing like your traditional corporate style gym. I met the owner Alex, has tremendous knowledge when it comes to functional training and techniques. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, will definitely be back!
