Experiencia fantástica: Kind of obsessed with Grandview Barbell. They have the best equipment (both cardio and strength), and are open 24 hours if you want to get in a workout on your own. But the real draw is the classes. They have Power Hour for people who want to become stronger power lifters, and Rev for people wanting to push their cardio endurance. I like to do both at least once a week! Coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and the programming is top-notch. You will get stronger and fitter if you do their classes!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the classes at barbell! REV is perfect for a butt kicking cardio/strength class and adaptable to everyone’s needs. I recently had surgery on my arm and was in a sling for 6 weeks, followed by 4 more weeks of limited mobility. I was able to modify the workouts as needed and remain active! Power Hour is great for those looking to build strength and do so with a great group of people! The best part is the 24 hour key-fob access so if I miss a class I can still get in there when it’s convenient for my schedule and do the workout on my own!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great strength gym that is affiliated with Grandview CrossFit. Members have 24x7 access. Strength program with numerous daily classes are lead by a great Coach. Plus the Rev class (cardio / metcon) is a great alternative to your daily CrossFit WOD. All classes are free to members.
