The coaches are great at motivating you and pushing you to give it your all. Each coach plays their own playlist and they are always on point. Experiencia fantástica: Amazing workout!!! I always burn soooo many calories! The instructors are so motivating and high energy throughout the one hour session! I love the cycling and boxing aspect of this class! Coach Gino is always looking to make sure that everyone gets a high quality workout! I also enjoy the Wednesday Latino mix session! Definitely recommend Powerbox! The music is on point!

Powerbox puts me in a zone that nothing outside in the real world matters. I get to let out alot of frustration on the punching bag too! I recommend this workout for everyone no matter what your workout level is.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely loved this place great atmosphere!! Had my 1st session today with Jocelyn leading the class .This was the 1st time in months I was dripping sweat. She's super motivating and pushes you to do your best!! Will definitely be coming back
