Experiencia fantástica: Just went here for my first time. I am not in great shape, but it was a super-welcoming environment. The coach for my class, Lawrence, was super-knowledgeable and great with offering tips for improvement and also encouraging the class. I like that the class offers a challenge independent of skill level (really easy to scale up). Overall great experience so far!

Experiencia fantástica: In town for the weekend and needed to train. Did some research and found Controlled Chaos was close by. Staff are crazy welcoming and the 0930 class were immediately friendly. Definitely got the “CrossFit community” vibe here. Extremely glad I stopped in. WOD was well programmed, and challenging. Will be coming back!

Jeremy and Lawrence have created a gym that embraces everything that is great about Crossfit such as community, humility, education, and empowerment. And all one has to do is show up for an hour each day. If you want to get a great workout in a clean gym with great friends all while having fun, and improving yourself as a complete athlete then you’re in the right place.

Experiencia fantástica: I am in town visiting family and open gym worked perfect for me. Nice people, nice space, and clean. I enjoyed my visit. I’ve been crossfitting since 2009, owned a CrossFit gym 2012-18. If you’re looking for a gym in your area I recommend giving this place a try.
