Experiencia fantástica: Started coming in June 2021 after years of avoiding CrossFit. Now I’m hooked. Trainers are great, fun to be around, and members are motivating. Class sizes can be pretty small, I’ve been the only one in class a few times but that is rare. Highly recommend if you want somewhere to both learn and improve.

I've been doing their open gym plan, which is also a great option if you want a place to work on your fitness without the group class atmosphere. Don't go to the cheap, impersonal globo-gyms in town to get your workout. Join a supportive community instead, which is what CrossFit 719 provides. Start crushing your goals!!

Great atmosphere with great coaches. We were welcomed with opening arms. They had everything we need to get our workouts in! We will definitely be back anytime we are in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Tremendous gym! Coach Eric, coach Josh, and coach Sophie are fantastic! I was nervous to try CrossFit because I had little fitness experience. The coaches were patient and helped me learn the lifts. Both the coaches and members were not judgmental and were very welcoming. The gym pushes you to get a good workout but also prioritizes safety. They also practice thorough sanitation and keep the gym spotless. I highly recommend checking the gym out! Also, before I forget, coach Eric has the best playlist.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of Crossfit 719 for a year now and I absolutely cannot say enough good things about it. The coaches are incredible with a huge emphasis on scaling, safety, and form. The programming is always challenging and time is used efficiently in class. There is a wide variety of fitness levels among the members with the older and more experienced folks going out of their way to ensure that new members feel welcome and included. 719 truly believes there is a way to make crossfit work for everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here for over 2.5 years. Love the people and the programming. This is a great gym with great equipment and coaches. They offer a variety of times for class and open gym most everyday. Weightlifting and yoga are included in the gym price and they do nutrition classes as well. Getting your picture taken when working out is always fun too!

There's also specialized classes for Olympic lifting, football CrossFit (didn't know this was a thing until recently), etc. Josh the owner is all about continuous improvement in his gym, coaches, coding, himself, gym-goers, and experience. Great can apparently become better

The facility has a PT and massage on site and they are very willing to help you attain goals whether it's competitive lifting or maintaining your fitness. I've been going there for 4 years and the community is positive and adult.
