Experiencia fantástica: I'm new to crunch and I have nothing but great things to say about this location. Great staff (although I've only interacted with Chris, who is kind, energetic, and welcoming). They maintain an extremely clean environment with free weights and machines that should fit whatever it is that you need. Lots of options for cardio, and they even offer classes that you may be interested in. I haven't experienced anything negative whatsoever. Crunch is an awesome place to go and be active without being worried about judgemental glares from anybody.

Experiencia positiva: I get they're in a business to make money, but respect your members' time. They stop members checking in to promote their protein stacks or get friends/family info to get new business. I'm coming to the gym for me time. I'm not shopping. It's not a bad gym, but trying to sell things everytime I check in shows lack of respect for my time. I workout on my lunch break so every minute you're trying to sell me is taking time away from my workout which is going to eventually take me away from this gym. *** UPDATE: Since this review, I haven't been stopped nor have I seen others be stopped for a promotional sales pitch. Whether the review impacted that change or not, I appreciate the noticeable difference of being able to check in and get straight to my workout.

Experiencia fantástica: Forgot my favorite water bottle as the gym was closing on Tuesday evening. Didn't realize it until I got home. Woke up early yesterday morning, to get there as they opened. I was already too late. Not sure if it was the staff or a member that took it. But either way I was surprised that someone would take something like that. It's a white stainless steel bottle with the Colorado logo on it. Don't leave nice things laying around there. They will disappear.

Experiencia fantástica: Spoke to the manager Chelsey and she was very pleasant and worked with me on my new gym membership. I had some confusion but she was able to assist me and get all my questions answered.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanna give a huge shoutout to Chelsea (sorry if I got it wrong) she really went to great lengths to help me out. My phone had went missing in the middle of my workout and she offered her help in every way possible from stopping the music so I could hear it ring, to even helping me search. The whole staff is wonderful and welcoming. Great experience so far and look forward to continue working out here.

Experiencia positiva: Gym has everything you need, for sure on the smaller side of the crunch fitness that I have been to in Alabama and Arizona. My BIGGEST problem is for how busy the gym is during the week pretty much all hours this place NEEDS to be 24 hours. Blows my mind it’s not. Good luck getting a good workout in without fighting for equipment from 5-8/9

Experiencia fantástica: I love my gym, it's clean and comfortable and I feel at home here. With the help of my personal trainer, Sarah M. I have lost 32 lbs and have gone from a size 16 to a size 10 since March 2021!

Experiencia fantástica: Had an issue with my account, went into the club, and the manager took care of my complaint instantaneously. You always see the people behind the counter who are kinda just there, they don't care about that company, or the needs of the individuals who use their services or how well their job is done. It was nice to see this wasn't the case at Crunch Fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: Great for a small gym. It has all I need, and the staff is always nice. If you're looking for a more comprehensive gym with lots of amenities/classes, this isn't for you, but it's perfect for me especially with how close I live and work to here.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like working out at either one of the locations here in Colorado springs. They have one back in my hometown, and I wanted to try it out. I am glad I did.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a membership to this gym for over a year. I have. I have not complaints about it. The staff is friendly, the lockers and restrooms are clean, the machines are all usually up. At time they get crowded but it’s not constantly crowded.

Experiencia fantástica: It has everything. Trainers that cater to your specific body type and needs. Classes for beginners through advanced. And every machine that is used in this modern day world now with a huge weight course for those who like weight lifting!

Experiencia fantástica: I attend Crunch mostly for the Zumba classes that are taught by Angela Hall, Laura Taboada, Ashley McNeely, Cecilia Mahmood, and Lisa. They are the most upbeat caring instructors. They are friendly and about the people. I left Plant Fitnesd due to them not having Zumba. Please keep these instructions. Our classes are family. Alberto Jaramillo started we truly miss him. Diversity and how you treat customers is the key. To keep something working better you must invest in quality people. Teresa that works in custodial is a dedicated hard worker..Keep her. North campus has a great team Don. People follow who they enjoy working out with.. Allow them to stay and treat them right. Nothing against the personal trainers but they don't take the time to show us how to use the equipment. Venita

Experiencia fantástica: I went to planet fitness for months and hated it. I had no idea that a gym of this quality could be so cheap. Equipment is new and always clean, staff is friendly but not intrusive and there are a variety of classes. I'm very satisfied, great place to get in shape or stay in shape.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the vast openness of this facility. Lots of sunlight. Machines always work and people do wipe them off when they are done. Like the music they play as well. Do wish they had WiFi but hey, can’t have everything

Experiencia fantástica: Love it here. The only complaint that I have is the timer on tanning booth for is only 3 minutes and that is not long enough to get lotioned and ready before tanning. I wish they'd change it to at least 4 minutes. I've seen other places do 5 minutes and it's great.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best gym I've been a member at! From the first phone call Sheri made me feel welcome! Sheri took me on a tour of the facility and answered all my questions. Sheri is always so friendly and welcoming! Jessica is an amazing trainer! Jessica offers different workouts for all levels of fitness. I don't feel like going to the gym is a chore anymore! I enjoy going to the gym because I don't feel like I will be made fun of for my size or if I cannot do a certain move. Crunch has so many classes from Yoga-Small group Hiit and so much in between! They have free weights and quite a few machines; treadmills, elipiticals, etc. When it gets super busy you don't have to wait so long for a machice and lose your momentum. Highly reccommend anyone who is either new to gyms or getting back into shape to join Crunch!

Experiencia fantástica: As beginner to the gym , it's nice to not really feel as if in being judged when I go in, facility is well kept , and easy to work in as it's not to crowded, at least the times that I go.

Great staff and equipment clean environment and overall a nice spot to workout and let me not forget the locker rooms with showers. Then after all of that is said and done you can enjoy a nice massage on the massage bed I almost fell asleep lol....

Experiencia fantástica: I visited this fabulous gym as a guest today and it was awesome, such a treat. The management (Mike) and staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and well-organized. The equipment is new and awesome. The Men's locker room is very nice. If you really want to gain strength or lose weight, this is the place. I have been a long-time member of other gyms and once owned a nice gym. This one is the best gym of all. I can't wait to return! Thank you Mike!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is clean, affordable, well equipped, and has a great hydro massage. (I don't use these features but have heard great things from others) There are classes offered for various work out programs. You can pay for a personal trainer. They have multiple membership packages. The showers are clean and they have lockers to store your belonging. Cleaning materials are places throughout the gym to wipe down your equipment after use. Only complaint that I have, which does not warrant a decrease in rating, is that I haven't received a shirt because I don't work out when a manager is there to hand them out. Great gym, unbeatable pricing. Now if you could just not come here so I can keep using all the equipment uninterrupted "that'd be great".

Experiencia fantástica: My gym!!! State of the art equipment. Wife loves tanning booths and the heat and hydro massage table. Lots of cardio, and classes. Lots of free weights!! Including heavy bags, ropes, weighted push racks. Can spend the whole day there. Not to mention the pool and Jacuzzi

Experiencia fantástica: As of Jan 2018, when I go it's not terribly busy. I vary my days/times every week. It's always clean and everything is well stocked. I love it here!!

Experiencia fantástica: I just go for the Hydromassage (oooh, it's great). Everyone is super cool there in my experience. The facility is fully stocked with everything one needs and is rarely so busy you can't get in a good workout. The North Crunch is closer to me so I mainly just go to the South Crunch for the massage.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice lil gym. Convenient and comfortable. Even has punching bags. Right around corner when time is a factor trying to get to main gym, 24 hr fitness. Can get some meaningful work in.

Experiencia fantástica: Even though the center has not opened, every time I called the center and they were very courteous and reassuring. I was getting frustrated because I was told that the South facility on S. Academy Blvd. would be open back in February 2017. It is not open yet.
