Experiencia fantástica: I started CrossFit around 2017 and a couple months after I started coming to Hit and Run, doing the classes and training with a few buddies every now and then. The ladies who quickly became my favorite coaches there, Natalie and Kathy, were always so welcoming, friendly, helpful and supportive whenever I came to train. The atmosphere is always fun and easy-going and the community always seemed like one big family. They have pretty much all the equipment you’d need for basic and competitive training: sled, climbing ropes, weightlifting blocks, slam balls and ski ergs. I moved to Las Vegas in April 2018 and every now and then when I come back to visit Memphis, I make sure to drop in to get some training but also to feel a one of a kind sense of nostalgia.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism , Quality I have been a member of this gym for over 7 years. The gym is friendly and welcoming and a place for all ability levels. The coaches are excellent at teaching correct form for all of the various movements. Awesome place!

The coaches are professional and helpful, the programming is fantastic, and the community is amazing. If you’re looking for a place to change your life for the better and get healthier, this is definitely the place!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to over 70 CrossFit Boxes around the world. This is where I started, excellent place to drop in or become a member. Big space lots of weight and equipment so if you just want to open gym it or join a class you will find fun people great coaches and get a great workout!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Coaches, members, owners and community. This place has it all. Best hour of my day. They always have a free class on Saturday at 10:00 if you ever want to come see for yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great! I joined about a year ago, and just got my high school daughter to join too. The coaches here are very attentive and encouraging. Their programming is spot on. The community of athletes at CrossFit Collierville are really great folks to workout with too.
