Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for a wedding and was looking for the closest gym to get a workout in. The number listed on yelp is valid but you can get quicker communication through the “get in touch” tab on their website. Melanie contacted me in a timely manner and was very accommodating. She allowed me to purchase a day pass and easily walked me through the setup process for the entrance key. The small private gym has everything anyone would needed including dumbbells, squat racks, spin bikes, rowers, etc. If you’re ever in town, give this gym a visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Desert Barbell has a very welcoming and professional environment. The initial assessment were very helpful in figuring out realistic goals and also helped understand my body’s mobility. It gives a road map of what to do which in turn gets rid of the anxiety of going to a gym and not knowing what to do. The gym has top of the line equipment and it has a clean homely environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I decided to reach out to Desert Barbell because I wanted to learn more about my body and take my fitness journey to another level. I am a very active person and love working out but often felt lost on what to do next or felt discouraged because I wasn’t progressing. Desert Barbell has helped learn, not only more about working out and progressing my body through workouts, but also creating a healthy relationship with food and this life long journey! I am beyond happy with my results. Over these past 8 weeks, I have been able to meet fitness goals I haven’t been able to reach on my own or through google search. They are filled with great knowledge and will individualize a program based on your goals and needs! I look forward to continuing my journey with them.
