Experiencia fantástica: I ended up with a free session with David Hawk. I am a CPT myself but he has a lot of knowledge and I extremely enjoyed the workout. Since then I've been training with him for a few months now and now I want to compete. He has a lot of knowledge towards competitions, and has structured my workout accordingly. He is very dedicated to his clients. He always follows up with me to see how I'm doing. He is very Professional & Dedicated. He won't just stick you on a machine. He is one of the best trainers I've worked with. And thankful I started training with him.
