Experiencia fantástica: I love how relaxed this gym is. Especially not forcing me to wear a masks while I’m walking. I’m pregnant and can barley breath with a mask it would be nightmare to walk with one. I also like they didn’t force me to download the app they encouraged it. I like going to red light therapy, knowing I can tan there, and enjoy the sauna once I have my baby. I love the equipment so far. ~ 5 Star except the childcare thing!! Literally would be perfect to have childcare. The blond girl manager and the other male manager / owner have always been super nice! Super consistent. Thanks for always helping me out and freezing my account if my schedule is to busy to come in. ~ I usually go to this gym for the amenities since I have a everyday gym I go with childcare, but I am hoping to try out some group classes soon if my schedule can make it possible!! Anyways I recommend 100% mostly for younger people or people with older kids, if you have a infant like me it may be hard to come without childcare Alexis.~~

Experiencia fantástica: Crunch has became my new home since I graduated pharmacy school and back home for good. I love that it's open 24/7 and the A/C is phenomenal!! Who wants to workout in the heat, especially is Houston during the blazing summer? Not me! The staff here are friendly and the equipment are up to date unlike La Fitness in League. I come here to relieve stress and at the same time get a good workout in. My favorite are stairmasters, treadmill, kickboxing bag (though it could be heavier), deadlift bar, etc. Obviously I love cardio!

Experiencia fantástica: Natalya signed me up in less than 10 minutes. Great heavy bags for boxing work outs. They have a great selection of classes you can take for signing up to the 24.99 month deal. Planet fitness < Crunch. Go crunch!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to a few gyms in Houston but this one by far has the most positive and welcoming environment of any gym I’ve been to. All of the workers are friendly and nice, as well as the people who go to the gym. I recently went to Alphaland and it really made me appreciate the environment and ambience that Crunch has. Overall a very positive, welcoming, and kind environment at this gym with all the equipment you could need, a bunch of cleaning stations, and extra rooms for people who feel more comfortable working out in a less crowded space. Going to have to cancel my membership soon because I’ll be moving, but I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: It can be busy during it's busy hours... But overall this is a great gym to join up with though. The gym is a nice size. There is a good mix of machines and free weights. Classes and saunas.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! Gotta give kudos to Belle Ife who teaches the Yoga class. I loooove it and am so happy Crunch offers yoga now. I had serious sciatic nerve pain which is completely gone now after her R&R class. It was exactly what I needed! I also wanna give a shot out to Tiffany, my Personal Trainer, I just had my first session and was blown away by her knowledge and awesome personality! So excited to continue my journey at Crunch! Ya'll are doing great!

Experiencia fantástica: My very first week I was a little nervous about starting my fitness journey and not having gym friends, BUT the staff completely took me in and made me feel like family.

Experiencia positiva: I've been going to this gym since July of last year. It has its perks on being a cheaper more affordable option but for a place so big they really don't have enough equipment for the amount of business they have. It sucks trying to work out during the week because unless you're going at 1 in the morning it's always packed and you have to wait for equipment. I wish they would add more equipment considering all the business or expand. Your best bet is to go in on the weekend at night like 10 or 11.

Experiencia fantástica: If you need to get in shape, this is the place to be. I am mid-60s and starting to lose mobility. I joined Crunch/League City. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. On my first visit my trainer evaluated my mobility and strength. A full workout/ nutrition plan was made specific to me. My trainer is enthusiastic and encouraging. Go for that first visit....you won't be sorry.

Experiencia fantástica: I am 61 years old. I have been heavy most of my life. I had gastric sleeve surgery 7 months ago. I lost weight, but need a LOT if toning/muscle building. So i joined Crunch. It is the best thing i could have done. The crunch one kick off is especially helpful. I met Riley, a personal trainer, through the kickoff. She helped me set my expectations and goals. I now train with Riley twice a week, and am really seeing results. I'm so happy I recommended my son and daughter-in-law join, which they did yesterday! Everyone at Crunch is so friendly and supportive. It makes it fun to go.

I have a disorder so it’s a little harder for me than most but, I will not give up! I’m hoping this will help me get back in shape. Oh I also read the agreement it’s very self explanatory if you actually read it.

Experiencia fantástica: Kind of felt iffy about joining the gym due to all the coronavirus issues we got going on but let me tell you those guys at Crunch Fitness really care about your safety and your well-being as well as your workout super super polite and professional I was having an issue downloading the Crunch fitness app but there was so patient and understanding even though the app wouldn't let me sign into the phone barcode they still let me work out awesome that deserves a 5 and 1/2 *

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE CRUNCH! Signed up with Tatiana who is a gem, no pressure just super positive! She even gives you suggestions on which weights to use and always wears a huge smile! I love the League City staff, the blonde manager is super cool also, it's just a great vibe all around! I love the app it's super easy and helps me keep track of my progress and gym accountability!

Experiencia fantástica: Tatyana is the reason I decided to come in based on the positive reviews I saw online. She is very patient, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I normally do not make decisions on the spot, but Tatyana earned my trust and membership. The gym is extremely clean and is kept that way throughout the day. I have also been impressed with the consistency in friendliness and professionalism with the staff I have interacted with. Their membership plans are a great value as they are really structured towards what one would actually need. I have had memberships at Bally’s, YMCA, 24 hr Fitness and most recently Lifetime. Crunch by far has been the most impressive overall. If you are looking to join a gym or just a different experience from the one you are at, you should really consider visiting Crunch to see what you think.

Experiencia fantástica: It's pretty busy, but everyone seems to work together toward the common goal of the gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is nice and clean. Classes are amazing. Memberships are affordable. The app is super helpful. I only wish there were more Houston locations.

Experiencia fantástica: I do have a question. while I love the gym. It is my getaway from work, from all the craziness in the world. But, when I look at the TVs and the locker room it's always Fox news.. I would prefer no news instead of that or an alternative. It just created unnecessary comments from fellow gym members that maybe your diverse clientele would not want to listen to.

The staff is beyond helpful and the classes are amazing Keelen and Phillip have so much enthusiasm and you can tell they love what they do and it makes the experience even better, 10 out of 10 highly recommend :) and even if you’re not ready to commit yet you can literally try it out for free before you sign up how awesome is that!!

Like the facilities and best time for our staff is the am or before 3pm to be able to get to equipment easily. Experiencia fantástica: The employees are very friendly (especially the guys and gals at the front desk) and tend to remember your name! Whenever I got a tour I was fascinated at the facility, massage rooms, tanning rooms, and plenty of equipment as well as NEW machines I didn’t even know existed.

Experiencia fantástica: I signed up in June of this year and in August I found out that I was being transferred out of state. I went in to cancel my membership and they only charged me one month's fee for the two months I was a member, as well as waived the yearly $43 fee. Every employee was very polite and sympathetic to.my situation. The manager, Phillip, waived that yearly fee for me. I wish I could move this gym and these employees with me. Its always clean, the equipment is top knotch and always well maintained, and the staff is awesome. Would recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I definitely enjoy my workouts here. The front desk personnel is so sweet and polite. There is a variety of equipment. I only pay for the equipment membership, which is well worth the price, so I cannot comment on the classes.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked out at Gyms all over Texas, and I have never met a manager more friendly and competent than Jackie Mendoza. I first met her at Gold's Gym in Waco TX. When she left to manage Crunch, I went to Crunch as well because she was always so wonderful to me and everyone else at Gold's. She proceeded to manage the most successful and nicest gym in all of Waco. Not only was it much cheaper than Gold's, 24 Hour Fitness, or Lifetime Fitness, but the facilities were far superior and it also provided a bunch of additional free services like group classes, bed tanning, and spray tanning (if your willing to pay 30 per month instead of the basic 10 per month). After starting that gym and making it into a huge success, Jackie moved to League City to open a new branch. Luckily, my job brought me into the area at about the same time. I can't wait till it opens at the beginning of November! The kickoff party on Nov. 7th should be fun!
