Going to this gym changed my whole outlook in life. Plus all I have to do is take off my shirt to get my girls attention and it’s on. Lol

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great. Everyone's friendly, works hard, and you get greeted by name when you walk in. When I take time off, they reach out to see if everything's okay. The coaches are approachable, will work within your limitations and still push you at the same time. They're great at checking measurable progress and will go over meal plans to help as you progress in your fitness journey.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is exactly what the world needs, it’s strength training. Lose weight, lift weights! I like that it has a good gender balance and Workouts are planned for me, I don’t have to think about anything. They are encouraging and supportive. I use to play sports so I enjoy the “coaching” push. It’s a perfect hybrid of personal trainer touch with a group class cost. I highly recommend!

The members of the gym have become my friends and I’m excited to see them everyday and to work on myself and my fitness. One on one sessions with the owner to assess your fitness level, goals, and nutrition plan all have helped me to improve both my physical and mental health. I’ve been going to this gym for over 2 years and will continue to do so!
