Experiencia fantástica: Working out with the trainer Mike has been awesome. It's been almost 2 months since I started and I'm definitely seeing a difference. He tailors the workout to what you need and what your body can handle. I'm always exhausted after and sometimes sore the next day, but I never feel like I did too much or like I'm going to die.
