If you want a place where you can hit a bag for 30 minutes at a premium this isn’t your spot. If you want a place where you can develop into a technical fighter, while getting in great shape, I recommend BBG.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the great workouts in Lake Wylie. I have done 9 Rounds and Title Boxing, they are geared towards fitness and not technique. At Brooklyn's Boxing gym, you get kickboxing technique and way more fitness! Coach Flamm rocks it!!
