Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to edit my review to say thank you to the staff and trainers! Jason, Kerri, Bryon and Jess, you guys are amazing. I cannot remember everyone else’s name but they are always helping, always smiling and genuinely care about us! Jess is my trainer and she is getting my body back in shape and helping me strengthen specific areas. I had carpal tunnel elbow surgery and gallbladder surgery at the first of the year and she is knowledgeable to know how to strengthen those areas. I am so thankful to be a part of the Fit4life family at Cleveland. This place is amazing! Great deals and great customer service! The staff is AMAZING!!! And they have a kids zone that does not charge per visit!!! I love out working out there! The equipment is always pristine. In fact, the whole place is always so clean! They close often for deep cleaning and their covid protocols are great! If you are not a member here, you should be.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy this gym, As a new mom and a gym beginner it’s really hard to make time for yourself and their childcare area especially allows me to do that. All the people who work there are always super nice and helpful but I want to say Allie in the kidszone is so great with my 9 month old daughter it makes me comfortable coming to the gym and finding that time for myself (even if it’s only 20 minutes sometimes)

Experiencia fantástica: I recently purchased a home in the Garner/Clayton area. I came from South Florida where gyms were on every street corner. Fit 4 Life has everything you need to meet a variety of fitness goals. 24 hour access, updated equipment, enough fumbles/plates, a variety of different cardio equipment, classes and an amazing kid care. I have been pleasantly surprised as I am there daily to knock out my workouts.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to Fit4Life - Cleveland for about 6 months and I have a personal trainer, Danielle Kopper once a week. Because of my age, I wanted to work on strength, mobility, balance and strengthening my core. I had an injured shoulder when I started at the gym, and Danielle worked around the injury and still tailored my workout perfectly to fit my goals. Now, 6 months in, I am no longer considering surgery for my shoulder. The pain is gone. Thanks to Danielle. She is so encouraging, she doesn’t judge, and she always has a great attitude and sense of humor. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly. Great gym in a great location!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Fit4life on Cleveland rd for about a month and it is the best gym I have ever been too. The gym has its own app where you can view and book classes which makes it very simple. They offer personal training at affordable prices that are custom to your fitness goals. The gym is clean and well organized as well as spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and Kerri at the front desk makes the best protein smoothies for after your workout. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness goals!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is a great place to work out. The staff will answer any question you have and no matter what shape you are in, they have a program that is right for you. No judgment at all. The trainers are very professional and do everything in their power to make your workout specialized just for you they alisten to you and watch as you perform each exercise to ensure that you will not injure yourself. And, my favorite, is that this gym is all about community! The manager, Slats, goes all out to support this community. It's an all around great place!

Experiencia fantástica: So far, so good! Great facilities with anything you'll need, 24/7 is definitely a bonus & in a convenient location where there is not really any traffic. Classes included. You'll pay a little more than you pay at Planet Fitness in Garner, but the location proximity & 24/7 access was important to us. Jason was good to work with for enrollment & helped us a little on pricing with some negotiations, etc...will update if anything changes!

Experiencia fantástica: Glad to see is open 24hrs again. Staff is friendly, gym is relatively clean. They are doing a great job handling the cleaning due to covid-19, offering personal bottles to sanitize your equipment before and after use, towels, wipes, etc. They also close the gym twice a day to do a deep clean. It can get crowded during peak hours just like any other gym. There's usually new equipment, and they are quick to repair anything that breaks. It's a bit pricey at $30/month plus $50 yearly membership/maintenance fee. Sign up fee is usually $150 but if you catch one of their specials you might get it for $100 or less as well as monthly membership. They had a deal not too long ago, where you could buy 1 or 2 years worth of membership for a significant discount. Management is very responsive and they are quick to address any concerns you may have as a patron.

Compared to other gyms I’ve seen a difference in how they take care of the facility and it shows with the amount of cleaning they do. Would recommend checking it out if you haven’t yet!

I first started going during the height of COVID-19 and they went wayyy out of their way to insure everyone stayed as risk free as possible! Experiencia fantástica: I love my gym, Fit4Life Clayton. Since reopening, I have seen nothing but the utmost effort in keeping all equipment as clean and disinfected as possible. Only members are allowed in and each member has to clean each station/piece of equipment BEFORE and AFTER each use! The staff is always friendly and professional and I feel safe working out there during the pandemic!

When the pandemic struck they were quick to act towards the safety of their staff and clients. They have gone above and beyond for their clients in fighting to get us in the gym with the proper safety measures. During the lock down they made sure our accounts froze and did not seek payment during those hard times. I love this gym and are so grateful for them. So if you are looking to be apart of a family, where your safety and health comes first make sure to check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: Super clean gym with plenty to offer. Fit4life has all the equipment I need and they provide personal cleaner bottles/ towels. Even with everything that’s going on right now, I feel super safe working out here. The equipment is spread out so that you continue to practice safe social distancing. I’ve been anxious to get back into the gym and I’m so glad fit4life is open. :-)

Experiencia fantástica: I can't compliment the atmosphere of this gym enough. I have yet to come across a single disgruntled member and/or employee. I've been a member to numerous gyms over the years but this one takes the cake. The low rates and educated friendly staff combined with the luxury of a key holder 24/7 experience for the member basically sums up how wonderful the environment is. Also, if you thought that was all this gym had to offer, you're wrong. At this specific Fit4Life Clayton, NC you are actually allowed to take anything inside the gym, outside the gym. You want to bring the treadmill outside to feel that cool NC breeze in your hair while running? Not a problem, just ask any member to assist you in moving any piece of equipment from inside the gym, to outside the gym. I had a crazy itch one morning to do some squats on the smith machine outside in the cool morning mist. I simply asked for assistance from the staff, and before I knew it I was squatting outside in my own little terrarium. Overall, if you're looking for a gym you can utilize whenever it's convenient for you and your family, won't hurt your wallet, and you can take anything inside the gym outside, this is simply the gym for you.

Very friendly and helpful!! Great place for personal training! I've seen great results from the people in training! I would recommend this gym.
