Though I am not what you would consider an athlete, I have learned so much about proper body mechanics and general wellness from my coaches at this gym. I'm a medical professional and everything I have learned from my Crossfit experience and the coaches at Crossfit Anistemi fully aligns with what I understand about how the human body works!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been doing Crossfit with James and Angela since June 2016. I started with 2 days a week and slowly built up my stamina. Now I’m going 5 (and sometimes 6) days a week. It’s been a great journey both physically and mentally. I’ve learned gymnastics movements that I could only dream of doing before and I’ve gone from being a “has been 36 year old” with high blood pressure and high cholesterol to being the fittest I’ve ever been. All while being surrounded by positive, encouraging, and caring people! It’s super family friendly and always a blast!

There is such a wide variety of fitness levels here and everyone is striving to be better and healthier in their own lives. The people are so encouraging and the coaches are patient, accommodating to your fitness level and they push each person individually to be better! As a working mom with 3 small kids this is the best place to unwind and get back into shape!!

And following their advise and training I have lost 21.6 lbs in 4 months. No fad diets, pills, gimmicks. Diet and exercise!! You want to feel good and get heathly? This is where you want to be!!!
