Experiencia fantástica: I joined in a walking boot from a fractured foot. Personal training was same price as physical therapy, except with a trainer, I'm not working just one part of my body. I trained with Kristen. She was a lot of fun. She worked well with my injury & had great workouts that helped my injury while strengthening my body overall. I learned a lot more than I did in therapy. The workouts also helped to build up my endurance without running or jumping.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a stay @ home mom of 3 kids. So I NEED to work out to keep my sanity. At CrossFit Live Loud, I am welcomed and encouraged to bring all of my kids (screaming or not) and they can play while I work out. Not only that, but SEVERAL members have gone to console my babies during the workout so that I can finish my workout. This place is more than just a gym. It’s FAMILY. It’s a COMMUNITY. If you’re looking for a gym that’s completely different, I highly recommend CFLL. Lauren is a special kind of awesome. You will have one on one guidance while having support from the entire gym family!

All the staff members are so encouraging and are great at breaking things down to help you understand or to accommodate to your skill level. Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been visiting the Cleveland area in the summer for about 7 years. We checked out all the CrossFit gyms in the area when we visited. I travel a great deal for my job and have been to 10 or more gyms for a few days here and there over the past 2 years. CrossFit Live Loud is the best gym I have been to! Recently we moved to the area permanently and chose CrossFit Live Loud as our gym. The facility is the best in the area and is always clean and tidy. The people here are warm and welcoming and everyone has a lot of fun! If you are looking for a gym, this is it!

Experiencia fantástica: Group fitness was extremely intimidating for this shy goon and moving to a new town and starting all over at a new gym was terrifying. The Live Loud coaches and members made it so easy to assimilate into a new gym and town. Everyone pays attention to their surroundings and are quick to jump in and help if you are lost before you can even ask. The coaches also have a great knack for knowing when to keep pushing you harder and when to shut their face! I had been doing Crossfit for three years before moving here and have tried so many new things and progressed so much in the last 7 months of being here. I highly recommend CrossFit Live Loud.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff and the participants at CrossFit Live Loud are so supportive and encouraging. My first day I was terrified that I would stand out as not being able to keep up. I was so wrong. The workouts are designed to meet the needs of all participants. There were variations for beginners, those with back/shoulder/knee etc problems, intermediate, and then the “pros”! Never once did I feel intimidated after that night. Everyone was challenged to do their personal best...not be the best in the box! It is truly a family at Live Loud and the goal is to achieve the best in you!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going for about three months now, but from day one everyone has been super nice and very helpful. I think it’s great that with every workout you basically get a personal trainer that is pushing you not only to complete the workout but also there to make sure you are using the proper motions so not to get injured in anyway. The other thing that is nice is that no matter what physical state you are in no one judges you, they just simple come along side and give positive encouragement, and not just the coaches, everyone does. I would and have personally recommended CrossFit Live Loud to my friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I didn't know what to expect when I joined. What I got was a great atmosphere to workout. The coaches are all amazing. They were able to scale any exercise to my level of ability. Every day is different, so it keeps you engaged. It replaces all judgment with support. I have never met a group of people more focused on you succeeding. I just finished my 6 week challenge and all I can say is "WOW!"
