This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL facility that has everything for everyone -- cycling, pole fitness room, yoga room, personal training area, a huge area for cardio/strength classes, and more! Oh, and a Juice bar is on the way! It's so NEXT LEVEL!! From the moment I entered the parking lot, I felt great energy and knew I was in for an awesome experience. Then when I walked in the door, the owner made me feel so welcome and at home. I took a yoga class and felt amazing by the time I left. This is an absolute gem in Cleveland, and I want to share it with everyone I know! Please stop in, you will be so happy you did!

Experiencia fantástica: As an instructor there, I am a part of a professional work environment with positive, accepting instructors that want to bring the best health the the community. Such a variety of services are offered they are too long to list. The greatest part is these are expert instructors teaching for very reasonable costs. Clean, and very covid cautious which I appreciate.

The building has been remodeled with different levels, equipment and rooms for different functions for example yoga, cycling, pole exercises, workout classes to name a few. The rooms are bright and cheerful. Recommend you tour and join.

From dedicated, experienced instructors to a serene and inviting environment, practicing yoga here is like practicing in a studio, not a gym. It is a great compliment to the many fitness classes offered. There is such a great variety of classes! I highly recommend The HIIT Factor for your fitness and wellness needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I bought a duo membership with my mom because I'm looking for a new fitness home. Tonight was my first class, I did Pound! With Erin and it was AWESOME!!! I've never done anything like that but it was great and no matter what fitness level your at, you can do it!!! Can't wait for the next pound class and to try other classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Me and a friend have been doing the small group training sessions for the past month. We love the vibe of the place. The staff that I have interacted with are awesome, personable people who care about their work. More specific to our classes, I really enjoy the smaller group setting. The workouts push you hard. The group has a more intimate feel to it which allows you to get to know your classmates better which in turn builds comradery supporting each other to finish your workout session.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is wonderful. I often come early to class and I see the owner on her hands and knees cleaning every corner of her gym. When you have that kind of leadership and care it's going to have a trickle down effect. The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable. Your classmates are kind. Fosters a sense of community with small group classes. I bought the unlimited pass and it's really unlimited! Come on over and get fit together.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely adore this gym! And the crazy thing is that I've only physically been IN the building once. Due to COVID, I wasn't super comfortable coming into a workout class but really wanted to take charge of my health. The fact that I can get a membership for unlimited classes virtually is EXACTLY what I needed and it makes it so convenient. The instructors make you really feel like you're part of the class despite being on a screen, and don't even get me started on how AMAZING the owner is. She makes you as an individual feel so welcome, heard, and valued and you can really see the passion she has for her business. There was a miscommunication about a virtual class and she felt so bad that I missed it that she sent me a gift card! Do you think planet fitness would do that?? Heck no! I love this place and the community it comes with <3

Experiencia fantástica: I am so excited to become a part of this group. I have been attending Ivory's yoga classes for 6 weeks and she is incredible. I will be taking her class again Saturday and Step Aerobics on Sunday. I will make the most of my "senior" package and hope to feel better inside and out. So far, Ivory is helping me tremendously. Every instructor and class is fantastic and very welcoming of people at all levels. AND the unlimited membership is the best deal in town!
