Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place to go get fit. They have trainer's to help with your needs. Also good equipment to work on different areas of your body. Plus a heated pool. They have classes for pool, bicycle, yoga, the the new silver sneakers program. The are equipped to handle the disabled and elderly also. Oh! Some of the exercise equipment even has a t.v. on them. So grab your ear buds and get busy.
