Experiencia fantástica: Definitely the best gym I've ever been too. Everyone who works out there along with the staff are very helpful, fun, and plain out easy to get along with. People who workout there will occasionally provide tips to help improve your workouts and also spot you even if you don't ask just to be helpful and insure you're safe if it appears that you could possibly get hurt if you're benching or squatting heavy weight. The staff are very informative on the prices of their products such as protein shakes, protein bars, and Clayton Fitness apparel along with being very friendly when it comes to greeting and engaging in conversations with customers. I believe a membership is about $35 a month which isn't too bad if you want a QUALITY gym and FUN environment with great people. You WILL NOT find these things at Planet Fitness(eeeew). There are virtually no cons to this gym other than the chest fly machine which i feel has too wide of a wing span and the $5 per person guest fee, but these are very minor and won't ruin your experience. So if you live in Clayton, I definitely recommend getting a membership!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym around if you are looking for a place to train for strength. They have multiple power racks, benches, Dumbbells up to 150 lbs, and more Olympic plates than anyone can lift.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff, I have an out of town guest who likes to weight lift for fitness. I am more of a cardio person. We have a three day punch pass each, she was happy. I was happy. It was Black Friday, so we really needed a place to exercise. My gym (Riverwood Athletic) was not open.

Experiencia fantástica: GREAT gym with a ton of free weights and all the machines anyone could ever want, treadmills too! Family owned business, friendly, and just a great place to workout. I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: Decided it was time to get my middle-aged dad bod back in SOME sort of shape - besides "dad bod". Did the trial run with Clayton Fitness and just worked out perfectly for me. Joined a week later and have been loving it for now the past 3 months. Not crowded when I go (early morning), plenty of weights/machines and friendly folks. A welcome start to my morning, and hopefully a welcome END to "dad bod".

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited Clayton fitness for a work out with a group of friends and ended up loving it so much I signed up! Blake and Dustin were super friendly. Great atmosphere and staff which in my opinion is what really makes a gym. Had a great variety of quality equipment with all the other bells and whistles such as tanning, classes, etc… very good rates as well for what the facility offers. If you are serious about your training this is the place to go in Clayton as they have everything you need!

Experiencia fantástica: As a member for over 17 years now at Clayton Fitness, I can say Clayton offers the best environment, equipment, and atmosphere for all and any fitness enthusiast. Clayton is unlike any gym I have trained at, as Clayton Fitness has the "Family" atmosphere. They have treated me, along with every person I have referred to the gym as family. They always address you by your name, ask about your family, work, home life, and show true interest in your well being. I have , and will always recommend this facility to as many people as possible. Keep up the great work Clayton Fitness!
