Experiencia fantástica: Excellent group exercise instructors. The facilities are clean and the equipment is in good working order. Aquatics area is large and allows for lots of activities at the same time. Fields are in good condition as well. Staff has always been friendly and helpful anytime I needed something.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the peaceful air felt every time visiting there in Duncan YMCA. And the swimming pool is excellently maintained and great for indoor exercise. It's a little far from me in distance, but worth a trip.

Experiencia fantástica: We love the Duncan YMCA sports! This is our first year trying them and they’ve exceeded our expectations, they keep us informed and are very welcoming and friendly! Special thanks to Aven Pearson, he walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease, we were nervous since it was our first experience with my nephew playing basketball, Aven did a great job! I highly recommend Duncan Y!

Experiencia fantástica: This location is a gem. The facilities are above average, the pools are wonderful, the locker rooms accommodate individuals, teens, and families. The water aerobics classes are great and they have daytime and evening classes. My family has also benefitted from the swim instruction. It's an all around wonderful place.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place to exercise! The people are friendly and knowledgeable about the machines and safety. The personal trainers are excellent, I have had training from Laverne and DeRon— both excellent in explaining, teaching and results.

Experiencia fantástica: I really only go for the gym. But in relation to just that, this has to be one of the best equipped and we'll laid out gyms I've been too. Staff is great, they have a ton of unique and standard equipment to get a great workout. Worth every penny for me.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been playing basketball this summer here and it's been a lot of fun for him. Cory has made the games enjoyable as well. He keeps the parents entertained during the games with his announcing. His coaches are just awesome too! My son has improved this season and we look forward to signing up next season.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is really awesome and caring, the gym just got an equipment update and the pool is being renovated. Can't wait to see the new changes to the pool.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean and organized. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They recently updated some of their equipment and its been a very nice change. I also enjoy the yoga and weightlifting classes. The free coffee in the morning is also a nice community touch. A lot of parking and its never super crowded.

A great gym with recently installed brand new cardio and resistance training equipment, good fitness classes and even some for kids, as well as an amazing pool for play or swimming laps. In addition to this, they have community rooms for a seniors group, as well as great sports programs for kids. Lastly they have an awesome summer camp. Definitely worth a look for a family looking to stay active!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in last night to register my incoming 2nd grader for the afterschool program. Carla was extremely helpful. Had answers for any and all my questions. During my visit a young boy maybe 3 or 4 had fell and hurt himself. Carla demonstrated her ability to remain calm in such a terrible situation. She delegated tasks to the young men that was working with her. And then returned to helping me get my daughter registered. It is because of her I've made the decision to get my whole family a membership. Its important to have people that care about people. Whoever hired Carla made a great decision. Please recognize this young lady as she is worth the recognition .
