Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym I've ever been to (and yes I've tried every type of gym setting) I have never felt intimidated or out of place, Frank and Amanda have been welcoming and helpful from day one. Even the members are more than just members we are truly a crossfit family. The hours work with my busy and ever changing schedule and the free child care in the afternoon has been beyond just a gym perk (we love Christy!) I have done more than I ever thought possible of myself and can't wait to grow more! I can't say enough about this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best gym experience I have ever had. Amanda and Frank are so supportive and they truly care about their members. I was extremely nervous about starting crossfit. I thought I wasn't strong enough and I felt intimidated before I even set foot inside the gym. Frank and Amanda welcomed my husband and I with open arms and now I fell like I have a crossfit family that helps me escape from day-to-day stress. This gym is very organized and extremely clean!!!

I've not only found myself getting in better physical shape but learning a great deal along the way. The Crossfit community is very much like a family. That's the way it is at Southern Strength Crossfit. Everyone cares and wants to see you do your best. The constant encouragement to reach your own personal goals is wonderful. To know that every exercise I've seen on videos could be scaled to meet me on where I am currently is amazing. I can go in and know that no matter what the workout is, they will show me a way to accomplish it. Before I thought you needed to be young and in shape to join Crossfit. Now I know anyone can do it.

Experiencia fantástica: Such an amazing place ran by amazing people! I was very afraid to start crossfit, but they have made me feel so welcomed. Never pushed beyond what I am capable of. But not allowed to take it easy either. Very motivating place and environment. So glad to be a part of this amazing group!

Experiencia fantástica: Great coaches, clean facility, kid care, and competitive pricing. The fact that I've never done crossfit but can come in here and learn each movement but also be in the same class with experienced crossfitters excites me. My favorite thing about the coaches is no matter how experienced you are or aren't, you're just as important. They really focus on form to prevent injuries. If you're interested at all in crossfit, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Frank and Amanda are both wonderful, motivating, experienced coaches who really care about making sure each athlete is using the right form while reaching for his or her highest potential. The gym and all of the equipment is super nice and the kiddo station is a plus! I'm looking forward to reaching goals with this awesome group of folks!

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give more stars.. The couple who opened this crossfit are so wonderful! They work with me one on one and teach me everything I need to know about a lift or specific work out and even create modifications for me to be able to work the same muscles! By far the best coaches I could ask for! They have a room for my little boy to play in while I work out and they're a small gym so everyone knows everyone and we motivate eachother! It's a wonderful atmosphere and I look forward to going as soon as I wake up! If pure debating wether or not to join- DO IT! You won't regret it!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Looking for a place to have great coaches, awesome extended family, perfect workout and reasonable prices? Then look no further!! I joined a little over a month ago and was skeptical if this place would be as good as the last place I was at. Well, they by-passed my expectations. I feel stronger and more fit then I have for the past several years. And my wallet is heavier since they are reasonably priced compared to other crossfit places in town.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about the couple that run this box. They are great motivators and great trainers. They always go the extra mile to help you achieve whatever goals you set. If you are new to Crossfit they will work with you step by step, if you are a seasoned veteran, they will challenge you to be better than you were when you first walk through the door. Great facilities, with a playroom for the kiddos and top notch equipment. If you are in North Jefferson county area you really need to check them out!

It's amazing how much they care and how much they give each athlete their time and attention, to even work on the small stuff. These are Crossfit veterans that care about their athletes!! Very blessed to have found this box in Pinson!! I can't say enough good things about the coaches and the box!! It's a must that you check it out for yourself!!! All levels of fitness are welcome, just starting out or seasoned veteran, the workouts can be individualized to your needs!!! I love love love it!!!! Southern Strength Crossfit is not just a place to workout!! It's an amazing opportunity to reach your goals and become a part of a community!!!
