I thought I would be embarrassed working out & trying to box, but on the contrary, everyone is very professional & encouraging! Eric is an amazing trainer! He is a true master in the art of boxing. I've always hated exercising & never imagined I'd look forward to working out. I'd definitely recommend The Shop if you're looking to lose weight & get in shape while doing something fun! Experiencia fantástica: Eric is a great instructor! He goes at your pace, doesn't push you beyond your level, very motivating, and it doesn't hurt that he's got a great body! :P The facility is clean and up to date. The personal aspect of the training is what keeps me coming back. Thanks for helping me keep my New Year's resolution!

Experiencia fantástica: I always had a drive to try boxing and it wasn't till I trained here at the shop that I fell in love with it. The owner Eric really showed me the ins and outs of boxing and pushed me to challenge myself something new. With his great professional training, I accomplished something I've always wanted to be. The atmosphere is great and clean and have all the equipment to excel in boxing. If you want to try something new and to challenge yourself , the shop is where it's at.
