Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, coach Carlos is very knowledgeable about his profession and is always happy to help. I learned a lot while here and I was able to hit my goal weight, that I had been struggling with for over a year, thanks to their meal plans and motivation.

Experiencia fantástica: First of all, the previous person by the name of Yogi that left a bad review is definitely fake, because we have never seen this person (the classes are very small and personal, so everyone gets to know each other right away). Secondly, there are definitely more than two days available unlike what that fake review said. Anyways, on with the real review! This is a truly great boxing class/gym, and caters to so many needs. Whether you’re looking to learn some boxing moves, or to lose weight, or to gain more energy and confidence, or just to have an outlet to relieve your stress and get some cardio in, you can achieve that here! Coach Carlos is truly dedicated, without being pushy or overly aggressive. He has a way of motivating and following up with individual students to keep them going and raising their bar. The people you meet here are all super nice and genuine, and you feel like part of a family :)

At first I was pretty skeptical to believe if it is a good club to join or not because some clubs/classes are pretty bad at teaching boxing, but this was the first time joining and believe it or not it is amazing and SOO much fun!! Coach Carlos is one of the coolest coach I know. He is helpful, very forgiving, hardworking man I ever known. He will push you to your limit or even more. I love the activities he includes. He cares for each one of his clients and does he very best to help on anything we struggle with. Never doubt to join this, I can guarantee you’ll get a workout out of it. Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful place to learn correct boxing technique, form & strategy without the pressure of actually stepping into the ring. The owner, Carlos, is an ex-boxer who not only loves the sport but really knows his stuff. Do you want to learn how to fight and get in the best shape of your life doing it? If you do, look no further this is the place for you.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place to get a whole body workout and, if you cultivate focus and pay attention, learn some boxing technique. Classes are 45 min., and you move constantly. Exercises include various calisthenics, drills w/gloves on, jumping rope, and sets of activities customized for you in consultation with the coaches. V. clean, and you can take as many classes as you want for a monthly fee. Great instructors for kids!

Instructors are encouraging and patient with you till you reach your goals. I have lost weight and increased my energy levels since joining this gym. The people who attend this gym also are friendly and great to workout with.
