Experiencia fantástica: If your looking for a place that welcomes you regardless of your athletic level, this is the perfect place! Chad and leslie are super nice. Leslie welcomed me my first day and I told her exactly what I wanted and when it was time to workout she modified the workouts for me and not once did anybody laugh because I was unable to do a pushup. Everybody here is so supportive and so friendly and you really are in competition with only yourself. If you want to change your life and your health and be apart of a family that will push you to do so, crossfit upland is the place to be! All of the instructors here are authentic, supportive and one of a kind. Not once did chad try to hustle me for money, or pressure me to sign anything. Very forward person, very humble. The instructors really just want to see you succeed and really get the best out of crossfit. I'm so happy my best friend introduced me to crossfit upland.

Experiencia fantástica: Started back in February having never done CrossFit. I was nervous initially but my nerves were calmed after my first class. It was full of great people and a great coach. The programming is great and I've noticed significant improvement in my form, abilities, and overall fitness. Chad has always been helpful with questions, knowledgeable with ways to scale, and motivational during the workouts. I look forward to every workout and can't wait to continue improving. If you're looking for a box to join, look no further than this one!

Experiencia fantástica: An amazing place with an amazing owner who jumped in and did this amazing/terrible WOD with me when I dropped in on 12/26 at 5:30pm. Definitely come drop in when you're in the area!!

Experiencia positiva: I wish they would upgrade the men's sauna. It's so weak, which probably explains why nobody uses it. New sauna's are around $1,000. I joined this gym because it's the only $100-range gym in the vicinity that has a sauna.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you David for having me! I had a blast. Great programming and the crew at 5:30 was awesome to workout with. I will for sure be back next time I come down to visit my daughter.
